My husband and I bought our class A diesel from JJ’s in late February 2023, and finishing the process in March. The rig is absolutely amazing, and being skeptical of buying used, we were thankful for such honest people and transparency about what they knew was good, what they they fixed, and what they thought might need repaired with what we were buying. JJ’s manager Dwayne was the best guy ever - walking us through every button, opened and shut every door, and again- what they fixed. Really great service! Don’t walk away because they don’t look like the competition- they’ll surprise you! 👍🏻👍🏻 ❤️❤️ Awesome guys!

I bought an older used RV from them and was told every thing worked and had been tested and there was no worries. Was even told that if I had any problems to just give them a call.. as soon as it was delivered to my place and I was able to get it plugged into power I noticed every light switch in every light was blown and some even burnt black! Then I noticed a huge soft spot in the kitchen floor that sunk almost an inch when I stepped on it! The thing went into storage for over a year and never once got to sleep in it till a few months ago. Then I noticed a roof leak in the back bedroom, the toilet dumps water and sewage all over my floor, the power converter is completely shot so none of the 12 volt system works, and with this first big rain I'm now getting the crap shocked out of me if I touch anything metal. The bathroom vent is broken, the keys they gave me for it didn't go to anything on the trailer at all, and the tires are down to almost 15 % witch is against the law in Washington to sell any used vehicles with less than 70% tread on the tires! Then to make things worse I never got a title for it because they spelled my name wrong on the paperwork and it got sent back but I was told I'd have to pay the 45$ fee for a new title! Isn't that on the dealership?! When I called to ask for them to try and fix some of these problems they told me " well that's too bad! Looks like your going to have to call a repair man! " Then he hung up on me. I paid them $14,500 for a total piece of junk that is a death hazard! This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen from used car sales! Id definitely buy my next one from Dave Warner RV! At least he's not going to lie to a disabled woman and rip her off for her social security money!
Dwayne is so easy to work with and does everything he can to make buying used a great experience. Jack and Dwayne delivered to our property and Dwayne came out twice after to help us se things up and answer questions. I will recommend to anyone looking for a used affordable Rv.
First let me say I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. My husband and I bought a class A RV from JJ’s. We live in California so we bought it sight unseen except of course the photos. The reason we felt comfortable doing this is because of the conversation we had with the manager Dwayne. Dwayne was honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I must also mention the owner Jack, he went out of his way to help us. My husband was very appreciative of Jacks assistance and keep saying “ he is the nicest man I ever met”. We love our RV and if we ever buy another one we will go back to JJ’s Auto & RV Sales. I will refer this dealership to anyone! These people are honest, professional and provides excellent customer service!!
