We recently purchased a camper with Sam Kettleman. They kept it a couple weeks to go through it make sure everything was working and when we picked it up Sam went through the camper with us answering all of our questions. I stopped short of a 5 star rating because the hot water heater did not work. It is being repaired now….well we dropped the camper off a week ago and have not heard anything yet..
We broke down while passing through on I-29. We called our Roadside Service to get us off the interstate. They were able to make very temporary repairs and they recommended Jerry’s to make permanent repairs to allow us to continue our journey. We took our RV Fifth-wheel to Jerry’s the following morning and their staff began immediately replacing and or making repairs to the wheel hubs and replaced damaged tires. They treated us like family. By that afternoon all the repairs were completed in a professional manner. We were greatly impressed with their work and would highly recommend them for anyone needing RV service.
Sam and the entire team at Jerry’s were incredibly helpful with finding our next camper. They were quick to answer our questions but never rushed us or pressured us to buy that day. We left and immediately knew we wanted to purchase from Sam. When we picked up our camper Sam was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of our new purchase. If your looking for a place who won’t pressure you and is family friendly Sam at Jerry’s is the place to be!
We just traded in our old camper for a new camper with Sam at Jerry's in Lennox. He was very patient with us as he walked us through several campers and actually steered us in the right direction as to what camper would fit our needs perfectly. Sam was awesome with helping us purchase our new camper! After leaving our contact info on the website we got a call from him right away. We live an hour away. He walked through the camper and sent us pictures and a video of the camper. He stayed in contact with us all day answering our questions. We drove up that night to see it in person.
