I needed some help with winterizing. I've done it for a number of years but had a problem. They got me in within a few hours and took care of everything beautifully.
I asked them to fix my popup door, awning, wiring, fridge, clean a.c vents, and battery they charged me $400 for. Battery and an outside light bulb. And he recomnected the ground wire that somehow came loose. Nothing else got done. I still have 2 wires loose that I have no idea what they go to, my ac vent on top is caked with dust as well as the filters inside. He claims he can't get the bracket for the door or the awning bar because it's to old (2000) they say I didn't tell them everything I wanted done but I put a piece of paper taped to floor right in front of the door ( can't miss it and it was gone when I picked the camper back up) it seems like there was nothing i asked to be done and im traveling with it and need what i asked done. battery was 124.99 and the bulb was 12.99. So over $250 for what? I was happy when they said 400 for all I wanted done but I had a rude awakening. I called to complain and it got me nowhere. Just excuses and I felt like belittled like I don't have Clue what im talking about and everything was so easily understandable. I don't understand... I don't understand how people can charge so much for nothing! I still have to deal with everything else myself. I will never go back
We had some damage to our motor home due to high winds and called the service department at Jeff Bright. We explained to them that we were traveling and needed some professional attention. They were able to get us in first thing the next morning and had us back on the road in about an hour. Their work was professional, the staff was excellent and we had ZERO issues. We are extremely grateful for their assistance and highly recommend them!!!
Needed a new shank for my equalizer. Super helpful folks found the right part, ordered, and installed for a very fair price. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable service department. Easy to trust these folks!
I had a coach A.C. failure. Sadly, it was 4th of July week up coming. I was quickly waited on and referred to the service manager, who promptly checked my unit and told me the problem. He said it was an easy fast fix, but the part would not arrive in time before my departure from the area. If I were from this area, I would definitely use their services. Honesty is their greatest asset. Another RV Sales, service dept said to be newer in the area, wanted to charge me $2000 for a $300 fix plus never even looked to see what the problem was. I knew from the moment I pulled in their lot, I best hang on to my wallet. The sales sharks started circling with anticipation. Brights RV was very professional and so helpful.
