Will rode along kindly explaining new technologies incorporated into Ford vehicles. This youngest of a five generation business answered all my questions without any pressure. His Father, Brad hand picks top of the line vehicles from within the Ford Industry to offer new or once owned, pristine condition American made Fords. As a 1st time buyer, this "Intelligent AWD" Explorer felt comfortable and safe to commute 2 hrs. a day to teach science. Give Brad, Dustin, or Will a call!
I just had my very first car. I really appreciate Dustin for being patient and helpful in every step. We did a test drive to see how the maverick feels on the road. Then, he showed me how the buttons work. And also its special features. So a big thumbs up for honestly giving all the information regarding this vehicle. Very accomodating in meeting customer needs so when you have questions regarding the car that you want, I really recommend this dealership just give them a call and they will answer your inquiries or give them a visit.
We recently took delivery of our 2024 Renegade Verona 40VRB. I cannot begin to express our pleasure dealing with Jacobs. Brad did a wonderful job of selling my wife and I on this Motorhome. We started out looking at a 2023 they had and ended up ordering this one. I told Brad he made it hard not to buy from them. We met and visited with the Jacobs family through this experience. They are all a friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even had many conversations with Brad's father, mother and wife. Brad and Dustin made our final sale very easy. We looked at all the major brands of Super C's in our search and the Renegade was the most impressive of all of them. Brad even arranged a tour of the factory for us. Don't hesitate to check with them if you are in the market for an RV or vehicle.
It was absolutely worth the drive 6 hours to Jacob's Ford to pick up our new /used suv! In a Time where companies seem to have forgotten what it's like to service the customer and treat customer's with courtesy, respect and appreciation for doing business, Jacob's Ford could teach a course on this!
