5-Star service. Funny thing, we didn’t even buy from him. After he sent many pics and communicated better than anyone I have dealt with at an RV dealer before, he set up a time for us to view the RV in person, and it was too big for our needs. I plan to continue to watch what other units he might take in. I would not hesitate using Craig. He is very trustworthy, a straight shooter. These types of people are far and few. Call Craig! I mean who puts their number online and tells you to contact them directly. Craig does.
I would just like to say that this was the most enjoyable experience of making a big purchase that we have ever had. I wish that I could give Craig & Ryan 10 stars for their kindness, patience and honesty. Just super good guys, not salesman, but they know their stuff and go out of their way to make things right if they go wrong. We were blessed to find these guys. If you're in the market for a top of the line RV and better prices than the big camper businesses, you gotta call Craig. He's the best and his son Ryan is awesome as well. If there was a 6th star, I'd give it. Craig and Ryan were absolutely above and beyond, before during and after my purchase with them! Craig was so patient with me, being a first time RV buyer and me having a thousand questions and teaching me the ins and outs of each vehicle I was interested in to help me find exactly what I needed. Even offering financing options and avenues and connecting me with people necessary to get what I needed. He was so prompt with paperwork with my lender and somehow always available when I called. I drove from KCMO to pick up the van, and Ryan met me at 8:15 on a Friday night to sign papers and give me the tour of my van. Then he even set up both beds and put the night shades in the front windows for me and my stepmom while we went and got a late dinner so it was ready for us after a long day of travel. Then craig was even willing to give me a call when we got home on sunday with it and guide me through a few questions I had on the trip home. The van was virtually spotless when I got it, with a full water tank and full tank of gas and they even left some extra maintenance equipment in it for me. Craig was so knowledgeable and transparent with me throughout the whole process. Him and Ryan's customer service is absolutely exceptional and they are totally worth the drive. It's safe to say that when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll reach out to Craig to keep an eye out for what I need, not sure I would trust any one else as much as I trust them! Full disclosure - I have had a business relationship with Indy Auto Source through my employer since they opened in 2009. In Oct. 2015 I decided to replace my aging vehicle with a newer, safer vehicle. I found Craig had a fully loaded 2012 Corolla S on his lot and having known Craig and Dawn to be one of the most honest and customer driven dealers on the Northside of Indy I had no doubt I would be well taken care of. Craig was very upfront about the condition and work done to the car. He even pointed out the details other dealers would avoid like that very nice paint on a used car could be an indication of prior body work, and it was. The CarFax he provided revealed a minor rear corner collision, where a quarter panel and paint were repaired at a dealer the year before. I agreed to purchase the car and Craig made the process easy and was very quick about providing any paperwork my credit union needed for the loan. I will be returning to Indy Auto Source in the future.
We purchased a low mileage 24 Tiffin Wayfarer from Craig in early October of 24 . I feel we were treated very fairly as far as price and how he presented the vehicle. None of the car salesman crap we all hate. He even kept his assurance about sending us a small plastic trim piece that was missing...and Spare key FOBS ! This was a huge purchase for us as it would be for most people, so it still is prudent to get an independent inspection. I would not hesitate to buy here again, though it won't be anytime soon because we love our Tiffin .
