I asked about the chipped paint on the edge of the truck cap that I had just got installed, and was replied with “oh, there’s spare paint that comes with.” Sure okay, I just paid 3k for this custom cap… out the get go I should not have to touch up my paint. I mentioned the tubing sticking out on the left side, “you can just cut that off” he said. Okay. Shouldn’t that have been done in the installing process? Then I noticed a gap on the right side. I brought that up as well. He “adjusted” it and it looked exactly the same after. “There will be gaps” *shrug* he said. The cap arrived pretty quick (about 4-5 weeks). It took about 2 hours for them to install. I feel like I was taken advantage of being a younger female. I don’t care for having to touch up my brand new truck cap but I do appreciate how quick the process went along.
Great dealer for RV’s. I worked with Wayne Smith, and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great guy, honest and transparent, very knowledgeable, helpful and patient for our many questions. No high pressure sales, just great service! Everyone else that we worked with was extremely helpful and customer focused. Great place to buy a RV, fair price and lifetime warranty as well.
