Awesome experience with Horn Rapids RV! They really went out of their way to make sure we felt like family with their sales and service. They were patient with our purchase since we needed a few weeks to settle some finances and they worked with us on getting a second AC installed on our unit. We also bought the trailer sight unseen since we live a few hours away and the unit did not disappoint. It was perfect and they walked us through the unit and fixed a few items they noticed on the walk through. They also helped get my hitch setup and even got my trailer plugs to work since they knew my truck needed a fuse added to enable all the lights on the trailer. Truly can't thank the people at Horn Rapids RV enough for all their help and making our purchase experience so amazing! Only wish they were closer to where I live, but would highly recommend Horn Rapids RV for any RV need!
I recently had need of body/paint work to be done on my 2007 Fleetwood Southwind due to, um, a momentary lapse of awareness. My insurance company approved Horn Rapids RV Service and Sales to repair the damage I did to my rear cap and driver side rear compartment. Horn Rapids RV service and Sales managed the process, from working with my insurance to performing outstanding body repair and painting. I can not stress enough how pleased I am with the outcome. They went above and beyond to ensure the paint matched and all details were meticulously handled. Please consider this family owned business for any RV related service you may need.
