I cannot say enough good things about Sean and the entire team at Hitch RV. We have visited them a couple of times while looking to purchase a camper. We found the perfect one for us and each person we have dealt with here so far including Sean, the service manager, and Pia have been incredibly and genuinely kind. They have made our camper purchasing experience easy as pie. We will always be happy to come back to Hitch RV for any additional purchases that we make in the future.
These guys and gals are great!! Tim and his team were awesome throughout the entire, painless process! My wife made the deal on a Thursday, signed paperwork on Saturday and I picked up our new Geo Pro 15TB the following Monday! Tim even gave me the history lesson of the business while the techs were getting our unit closed up and ready to haul! If we are ever in the market for another RV, we will certainly hit them up!
Hitch RV is an excellent dealer. From the initial contact via email with Sean through the PDI with Mark and the crew they are the most professional dealer I have purchased from. Sean answered all our questions quickly and ensured we were comfortable with our decision. Tim did a great job securing appropriate financing rates and terms and the paperwork was all accurate with no surprises. Hart, Will, Emily, and Mark all were very professional and worked the needed scheduling for demo and hitch install promptly. They are a small but mighty dealer and if you are in the market this is where you need to come. Thanks to the entire staff for a professional transaction. I look forward to a continuing relationship in the future.
This is the place to go if you want to work with friendly, knowledgeable people and have a great selection of RVs. This is my second RV from Hitch RV and the new Sales Manager(Tim) is awesome! He worked diligently to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. All my paperwork was ready for me and the closing process went seamlessly. Jonathan did my Demo and he was very patient and even helped me move my stuff from my old camper to my new one. He sure knows his stuff! I’ll be back there in a few years for my next upgrade. The people make the drive well worth it!
I can't say enough great things about our experience at this Hitch RV retailer. We initially came to the lot in March and we were very impressed with the variety on their lot and also the "no pressure" atmosphere. This is our second trailer, so we had a pretty good idea what we wanted. We quickly zeroed in on a Freedom Liberty by Coachmen. Our only hang-up was we wanted the other fridge option that is available for the model. Patrick and his team were excellent - they spoke with the distributor and special ordered us a brand new unit with the refrigerator we wanted. We know this took some work and we are so very grateful! We were able to officially purchase our new trailer last week and that process was excellent as well. They gave us a very good price for our trade-in and we were given a very thorough walk-though of our new trailer. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a trailer.
