The other review/s about them not caring in the sales department is correct. They literally just sit inside. One time a guy, somewhat walked around with us. We even came back after seeing one we absolutely liked. All the campers were locked and this was an hour after they opened. We had to let him know they weren't open to look at, he said "hmm okay". He walked off and never came back out. The same exact salesman as the time before. We decided right then we would go elsewhere if that's how they were going to act. The finance guy happened to be out there the first time we looked. He was rather nice and friendly. The salesman gave us a not so good impression whatsoever. He didn't seem to want to answer questions either. Lost a camper sale, and washer/dryer sales, etc. Guess he judged a book by the cover. Lost a sale. Went down the road and we are buying another one tomorrow elsewhere. In the same town. The sad part is we liked the one here the best, but we weren't treated the best the day we came back. I hope others aren't treated like that. Please, Mr. Orr bring in a sales person who is really good with customers. It's very much needed.

Justin Kelley in sales did a great job! They are very professional and take care of their customers. Tyler in the service department was knowledgeable and described how to trailer my motor, again very professional and kind people! Glad I purchased my motor at Gregg Orr Marine.

Share my experience…hmm well the experience was great up until they stole money from us. The staff is nearly impossible to get in contact with to try and resolve issues, particularly Loren. Their math is not mathing. The bank absolutely had to have the Tax, tag and title paid up front or included in the loan (we were purchasers from Oklahoma) and whatever was not used would be refunded via check. Not a huge deal. Their finance guy, Adam, specifically told me that he was not going to charge me a surcharge for using my credit card and this was for registration only etc. The total charged to my card was $1360 while at the dealership. The check that the Oklahoma tag agency received was $896.96 to register the boat. (Tag agency lady called me and needed me to pay a difference of $20. That made it $916.96 total for registration). I received $373.23 back from Greg Orr. Well, there’s still $89.81 of unaccounted funds that I’m still trying to track down. After weeks of trying to get ahold of this Loren lady she tells me that the amount received from me was $1339.58 and then an additional hidden fee of $26.00 and $43.40 for inventory tax was taken as well. Neither one of those fees were disclosed on the buyers order, any of the paperwork, nothing. I sent this lady an email saying that was not the amount that was charged to me, I sent her a picture of the receipt for $1360, a bank statement of what was charged AND my buyers order that says I paid $1360 SIGNED by their finance clerk. No response. When I asked Adam at the time of signing, he ensured this payment was strictly for registration and I was not being charged a surcharge! Those additional fees that I was not aware of should have at least been included into the loan and added to the buyers order for receipt and documentation. The only reason I paid and trusted Greg Orr to handle the registration costs was because I didn’t want it included in my loan since apparently it absolutely had to be handled this way or we wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase and leave with the boat. Although I was perfectly capable of registering the boat myself and providing the proof, but I guess we’re not trusted to do that by the bank. So I cooperated with their wishes and did what was asked and at the end of it I’m getting charged all these additional hidden fees that I was not aware of in the first place! This is extremely poor business and unjust to the customer. You just can’t deny the receipts!! Now hypothetically speaking, let’s say I was aware of the $26.00 and $43.40 even though the dealership failed to do their part and disclose those fees. There are STILL unaccounted funds of $20.41. But at the end of the day the dealer is always going to get their money and in this case the customer is never right. Thanks a lot greggorr and Loren for the terrible experience, waste of a 10 hour round trip for a boat. Loren didn’t even have the decency or courtesy to respond to my phone call or my email and make things right. Hence why I even wrote this review. Just know that this is all on principle. And hopefully greggorr can get someone in that seat that isn’t going to drag their business down and provide poor customer service. What a pitiful experience this was. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Friday I was given a trade in quote, I filled out the finance paperwork for the new one and Saturday morning after running my credit they change the deal by $10,000!! Then was left hanging all weekend until I texted the salesman Justin Monday end of the day. I told them forget it and received a text saying he would find out what happened to the price and that they don’t do business like that…once again never heard from them. Scumbags!!!! Take your money to a place where the people care. Update- the camper is still on the lot and been reduced by almost $10,000
