Trent Holliman spent a year and a half trying to locate the right choice for us. He was never pushy, always helpful and nice. One of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Totally happy with him and that location.
$240 an hr for labor and they nickel an dime you for every minute. Complete waste of money. They told me what I told them at drop off and charged me 350 to diagnose it. I TOLD THEM FIRST WTH. declined the service and let em caulk a couple things. MISTAKE for that too. Got me for a grand to do a toilet valve and caulk a couple seams. When I picked up the trailer had a dead battery and couldn’t use the tongue jack. Never will I go back.
Trent Holliman is the greatest salesman there is, he went above and beyond to help us, proud to say we bought 2019 Grand Design Reflection that I know we will make a lot of memories in !!! Ryan Campbell is a great finance manager he also works hard to help people out !! Recommend this place and these sweet people to any body !!!
10/10 do not recommend this shop for rv service. Slow, unprofessional, uninformative and incomplete tasks. Call to check on things, service guy is busy he’ll call you back. Don’t get a call back for a week, if you get one. This shop is 20 minutes from home but they’ll never receive another dime out of my pocket. If you want good quality work done that your hard earned money is going to pay for, look elsewhere because these people could care less.
Worked hard to make everyone happy. Ryan has bent over backwards to make everything clear to us. Had been very understanding.
