I can’t say enough about the attention to detail and genuine care I received from every team member I interacted with. We spent several hours today with Mark and had an excellent experience. Vast amount of knowledge with wide variety of vehicles. Very nice facility here and wide selection of vehicles to look at and compare, greatly aiding our selection process.
We were passing through the area and our fridge crapped out. We pulled into Great American RV and talked to Mr. Bob at the service desk. From the second I spoke to Mr. Bob I knew he was going to do everything he could to take care of us quickly so we could get back on the road and continue our vacation in Florida. The service we received was first class. We are so impressed. We were back on the road with a functioning refrigerator in very short order. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option.
Regardless if we end up buying a towable camper from great American rv super stores Levi has a great attitude and professional outlook on customer service. We had a great time picking what we wanted to buy and Levi did not disappoint.
