I was in the market for a Sunlite Camper Trailer. I really shopped around for a specific model (18RD). I could not find one in California. Fred told me he would order one, so I went with GQC Auto. Fred was a pleasure to work with and he gave me a good price based on others for sale. Unfortunately, there was a delay from the factory. Fred made up for the delay by providing a few more options and a better price. When I went to pick the trailer up, it was cleaned, prepped and ready to go. GQC is not a giant dealership with hundreds of units and a plush lounge. That's why his prices and service are better than the giant RV dealers. I would definitely do business with GQC Auto again. I really appreciate the family businesses over impersonal large chains. Update: I have been waiting for my title, registration, tag, and a tiny part for close to three months. I have called, left voicemails, emails and texts. Fred has NEVER responded. Someone in the office told me there was a delay because of holidays, we were busy and more lame excuses. I bought this on November 1st and it is now January 21st. My temporary tag expires February 2nd-soon. I was premature on my initial review. Follow up and communications with GQC Auto is very poor.

There’s a lot of bad reviews but I bought my trailer here anyways and didn’t have a single problem. They were friendly and willing to show everything on the trailer. Tags and plate came in fine. If anything was wrong they fixed it right then. Took the trailer home and haven’t had any problems yet and have a few trip done it in. Pricing was fair and no hidden fees. I’m a happy camper

I bought my first car from here. I started to fall behind on my car payments. Repo man towed my vehicle after three months. Sonja could of taking back the car and could of screwed me on what I had paid but instead she helped me set a payment plan to get my car back. I will always be grateful for that second chance. I plan to get my next car with them in the future.

Don't go there they will try to rip you off, they tell one thing just to get your money and turn around switching around on you, their word is no good, do not go there! I wasn't told that I had otherwise I would have and I called around 130 and showed up at 345, I was at work and I told the lady that I wanted it and to start the paperwork and asked her if there was anything I needed to do she said no, otherwise if she would have told me to put a deposit I would have and when I got there the man outside said that you guys didn't hold cars but now you are saying that a deposit would have, sir make up your mind, see that's what I'm talking about, so you tell me if that's not true, back tracking on your word! But honestly I ask if I needed to do anything, I was told no and that they would be waiting for me and hung up! I would have sent my daughter with my oldest to make a deposit for until I got off, but that was never made aware! So you tell how's that not accurate!
