From start to finish, it was great. We were referred to John initially from a friend and walked in unannounced on John's day off. We were shown to his brother Zach who took awesome care of us! Zach was thorough, super friendly (not in a salesy way) and just felt like we were chatting with a friend who happened to know ALOT about trailers. He listened to our wishes and took his time. After thinking about things for a day, we went back with a decision. Zach again took us around and making sure we felt confident before talking numbers. We were so impressed with how he handled things and his professionalism. Pat was the sales manager who was also nice, and we appreciated his straightforward approach with things. We are parents so only had so much time and everyone accommodated our time constraints. Leslie handled the finances and was friendly, quick and we enjoyed our conversations. Absolute solid team over there and we will be back when it's time for that upgrade!
Difficult to rate. Sales experience was great . We purchased a really nice micro Minnie last April. HOWEVER, service has been horrible!!! They’ve had my rig for two months for a leaky facet. Keep saying it’s Winnebagos fault. In the meantime I’ve paid two months of storage!!! And my rig is still at the service department. All I get is “sorry” I won’t recommend GiantRV for anything. They need to step up. Haven’t been able to go camping for two months. They’re using up my warranty period as well . Time I could be using to camp
