I’ve been looking for an RV for YEARS… I was specific about what I wanted. Because I had been paying cash for a lot of things and I had no debt, I had not financed a car since 2003 so, although my credit score was 765, I had no “installment loan” credit… well they found me a lender who would give me a decent interest rate… I believe that it’s because they have such a large inventory they can do more for a buyer.
My husband and I traded in our trailer for an Alliance Delta at the Giant RV in Downey and we had the best experience. We weren't sold on Giant RV after our first purchase from a different location so I was hesitant to work with them again, however; the guys at the Downey location changed my perspective. Ray who showed us around our new upgrade took time to explain how everything worked very patiently while I took videos. Bob, Chris, and Greg in finance were fantastic. And Anthony who fixed a few things quickly as I had to go to work did a quality job. Can't thank these guys enough! I would definitely recommend the Downey location of Giant RV :)

I can't say enough about our experience with Giant Rv of Downey. My wife and I had been looking at Rv's for over two years. Many many hours of research and window shopping at another dealership. We really didn't want to go into the greater LA erea just because of traffic. It was way worth it. We live a couple of hours away and Santa Maria was further but shorter drive time wise. We we specifically looking for Alliance and the model Delta 252rl. I connected with my salesman Pete Rodriguez over the phone and we made a time to go look at it. This guy is truly Amazing, absolutely no pressure, heck we didn't even drive home with it as we wanted to think it over and he was right there the whole time. We went back about a week later to purchase and take it home. He always text me to see how well we're doing even after the point of sale. Mike did our walk through and he was also terrific. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
