Let me start by sharing that I bought my first Class B from Bam a few years ago. Having the opportunity to work with him again was incredible! He is one of the most genuine and honest humans I've met, and has earned my trust. He makes sure his customer understands what is going on and is always fighting for the best deal. In addition to this, I want to add that the entire team was incredibly supportive and helpful. JB in finance took incredible amounts of time to make sure I understood the finances of the process, but also worked hard to secure the absolute best rate I could from the banks. John and Chris worked to make sure I got a more than fair deal for my trade in and that it was as smooth as possible process. Lastly, Jack did my walkthrough and answered all my questions as I took ownership of my new rig. Bottom line, I'd work with Bam and General RV again. This is a complicated process, but they have the professionals that will walk you through every step with great care. Looking forward to my new rig and my upcoming adventures!! "Best 'Bam' deal in Utah!!!
All i can say is wow! Let it be known, i havent purchased a new RV from this location. But i know that i am going to buy from this store. Not because of inventory, (which they seem to have the largest selction), not because they have a certain brand(which they basically have them all) not because of the price(which seems to be the most competitive rates) its because of the service that i had experienced. There were two individuals in particular that had made my experience such a great experience. Jessie and John, jessie was so knowledgable of her inventory, not just the price, but all the fun things that trailers have, and her knowledge of the vehicle that can actually tow these rigs. The trailer i want is a bit larger than what my current outfit can tow, i thought for sure i would need to buy a ford 550 or something. But she presenting my with some amazing facts about the other trucks that can pull what i want. Time to trade the ol F150. If you get s chance to go to the draper store, i highly suggest you ask to speak with jessi. Super fun, super knowledgable, and makes you not feel like you are their paychck. Im excited to do business with these guys.
I can't beam enough about the experience we had at the GENERAL RV in Draper Utah! We purchased a 2026 Brinkley G3250 and had a whole host of problems (most common to RVs) but including a catastrophic failure to one of the slides. Brinkley was great at getting parts and warranty approvals to General, so we appreciate Brinkley. But the folks at General went over and above to get our coach on the road. Major shout out to Fernando "Nando" our service supervisor. He is very knowledgeable and highly competent at his job. But, he was also always understanding and compassionate to us newbies and our stupid question. We also want to shout out to Dale, Woody, Yorkshire Dave, and all the techs who we didn't ge names, for all their exceptional service. THANK YOU ALL AT GENERAL RV DRAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best price I found in the western states on my new Brinkley RV. Everyone was polite, professional staff, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end.
If I could do a half a star I would. My trailer has been falling apart right after I bought it and was still at general RV finalizing the paperwork their team was prepping it and had scratched the back ramp with leftover screws that had fallen in between the ramp and the trailer and instead of removing them with a magnet like I suggested they just ripped the door down and scratched the trailer and the ramp that took 3 months and three times of me bringing it in for them to finally fix it and the fix was color it with a sharpie to make it look black we had trim that was falling off the heater did not work properly after calling a third party because general RV would not send somebody to fix it we hadn't found out that the heat pan put under the island was installed backwards and the vinyl four was installed over the cutout so after cutting the vinyl floor and flipping the heat vent we were finally able to restore heat to the fifth wheel we had paid for the keep you camping and the extended warranty however general RV was not concerned about trying to get me back on the road we have also had the exterior TV door leak water into the fifth wheelI had brought it to general RV for them to diagnose and fix they said they could not fix it they had removed the door and needed to order a new door they were not aware that I had taken pictures of the caulk and the way that it was installed previously because I did notice that there was a gap in the caulk in the sealant and after they said they had remove the door and resealed it the hole in the caulk wasn't the exact same place and this is all documented with pictures the back LED lights on the 4th awning has fully fallen out and I had to reinstalland the motion sensored LED light never worked they told us they had ordered it and it would be here within a week but it actually took six weeks and I had to install it and the hydraulic reservoir was leaking upon purchase and this trailer is the 2023
