He had lots of tips and info we didn’t know as first time rv’ers. We have every intention of returning to purchase our dream rv from their Fort Myers location in the next few months, as funds become available. Wow Charles did an amazing job He took pictures of the inside of the actual unit I was interested in . There was no run around it was just quick and thorough responses to the questions that I had. I also asked him about what other units he would recommend and he spent a few minutes looking on his own as I had weight restrictions I had to consider, so just all around full circle the best RV shopping experience I have ever had , thanks again. In addition he put some estimated numbers together as far as the cost and a monthly payment to really help me understand what that would look like

Our salesman, Keith, is excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a great personality. Took time to determine our needs and budget and eventually our 2018 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE 32A. Initially, we had a few issues with her but working with Keith and Shannon Bell, from the Service department, as well as both their managers, General RV of Ft. Myers has made us whole. We are so appreciative of all their help. Would highly recommend to anyone just looking or seriously looking to get into the RV world!
