My wife and I are recently retired. We decided we wanted to travel and see more of our amazing country. We agreed that a travel trailer would be the best way for us to do that. We visited three other RV sellers but nothing matched the experience we had at our local Galpin Ford dealership in Dewey, AZ. We were greeted warmly and treated kindly throughout the entire process. The Sales and Service teams went out of their way to make sure that we were always comfortable, happily answered all our many questions and made sure that we never felt even the slightest ounce of pressure during our entire experience. We wound up purchasing a new 25 foot trailer and a new pickup as well. The process was smooth and painless. I would gladly recommend the team at Galpin. Special shout outs to AJ Brumbaugh on the sales team and Larre Choate, the Service Manager, for their excellent customer service and assistance.
We just bought a trailer there and the experience was really good. No salesman games. Price and negotiating was good and easy. The trailer was ready for pick up in just a few days. The walk through was very thorough. Nice people. Great deal. They'd checked it over pretty thoroughly before we picked it up. Other places are usually so stressful just to look at the RV's. This place is not that at all! Highly recommend!
It's not characteristic of me to write reviews, but I thought this time around was essential. I purchased my first car here in Dewey as a Nevadan. I came across a beautiful BMW listing on their website and sent an inquiry. To start, Will Mills is the gentleman I worked with. Not only was he prompt with my initial message, but he was also very personable during our phone calls, talks, and negotiations. It was a pleasure, and I was very satisfied with the service he provided. Additionally, Ryan Hannon, the finance manager, was very kind and professional. To future clients in the car market, I recommend Galpin Ford & RV in Dewey. They provide straightforward, no-nonsense service, and I'm always in support of family-owned businesses. Aside from recent Arizona laws that require in-person signing to finish a deal, I had an all-around positive experience.
