New England, RV experience. THEY HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER LEASE OR BUY. . I’m met the mechanic, give a full explanation and tour of the RV. The people are so chill. They will try to explain the entire package with all the expected charges and very honest about it. . Definitely will choose them in the future
This company and the people that run it are truly top notch. I rarely leave reviews as I feel that good customer service should be a given in exchange for good money. However, Sheri & Matt went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out. We had a very complex electrical issue with our Class A coach and, prior to finding Fuller RV Rentals, we had 3 electricians as well as a day spent at a very well known RV service shop only to be told that they cannot fix the issue because they couldn't pinpoint the source. Despite Fuller having a busy schedule and us not having an appointment, Sheri welcomed us at the last minute with open arms. Matt thoroughly went through every step to find the source of our very odd and complex issue (he even found a few other issues that were contributing to the main problem). He was able to rectify the problem and get us back on the road in 1 day! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that run it. I only wish that every service operated with the same compassion, determination, diligence, and kindness that the folks as Fuller RV do.
Great experience with Sheri and the Fuller Team. We rented an RV early Aug, they spent a lot of time with us explaining the rental options, costs, operation, and even driving tips to assure we had a safe and fun experience. The RV was immaculately clean and we respectfully returned it in the same condition. My neighbor pointed me to them...they rented 5 times...all positive as well.
We knew about Fuller RV rentals from the RV show in Boston, every year we talk to Sheri ,asking questions. We new to The RV life and decided to try it. Sheri invited us to come down to the location and explained to us the difference between trailers, features and floorplans, right away we made the choice of RV travel trailer , she make sure my truck could tow it and we be happy with it. The process very easy, the day of pick up she walk to through the RV inside and out, explained to us how to set up, connection and leveling. Let me tell you experience was awesome, she took her time to answered any questions and make sure we cleared on everything. RV trailer was very comfortable and clean, we loved it. Thank you Sheri and the people of Fuller RV and we getting ready to make another trip and definitely going back to rent another.
Sheri and Matt are absolutely amazing. Our lives really changed when we met Sheri for the first time at a RV convention and we purchased our first Sprinter RV van. We loved going off for long weekends or sometimes weeks at a time, and anytime there was a tiny glitch (and there always are!) I just called and Sheri helped 100% of the time via the phone to find a repair person, or anpther solution. Matt could decipher a problem just by hearing a particular sound. Honestly I wish customer service like this existed more in today's world. Thank you so much to the Fuller team!
