DONT buy from these people, pics are of our 2023 Lexington, they refused to stand behind warranty after the entire floor clearly dry rotted , they won’t return your phone call, they make you feel good when your buying from them but when the deal is done their done with you cause they know they screwed you over, and were not the only ones. There’s an entire page dedicated against these ppl. Hoping to get in a class action lawsuit. Hard lesson learned.

Hunter did amazing with us. Was very knowledgeable and thorough. He worked hard to find us the perfect camper for our families needs. We are very happy with our purchase. He was also at our apportionment to pick it up and it was nothing short of incredible customer service. Matt done our walk through showing us all about the camper. He was so good with us telling ALL the ins and outs. He helped my husband install our weight distribution hitch and had us do one more walk through to check the camper was in top shape. We found 2 minor issues and he jumped straight in to get them fixed and explained the things he did. They didn’t act rushed for time or annoyed with anything we were asking. We cannot recommend them enough. Our experience was great customer service and we left feeling very comfortable and happy with our purchase. If you are on the fence about it go see them and they will EARN your business and trust.

I needed service back at the end of February due to another company not winterizing my RV properly. I had discovered that the toilet valve cracked and needed to be replaced. I was happy to find a service center in Crossville and they were able to fit me in quickly which was great. I waited as they made repairs and was told that the water pump also was leaking so they replaced that too. The tech came and got me and we went back and he showed me that all was working now and advised that he saw no further leaking anywhere. He said he checked by the water heater and everywhere and no water so I was all set. So I paid and started getting ready for my journey. My RV was plugged in for the couple days before I left to keep it heated but didn't use water. My first stop after hooking up to water I noticed a bit of water on the floor of both the bathroom behind the toilet and under the sink under the pump (after using the sink). It wasn't much so I just kept the water off for the toilet and only turned it on when using it to stop that issue. And the water under the sink was sometimes there and sometimes not. Seemed sporadic but I was heading across the county and hadn't stopped anywhere long enough to get it checked out. It seemed worse when the hot water tank was turned on which seemed weird. Well, finally got to my destination, found an RV repair shop and had the leaks looked at. One, the old washer was used when they put the toilet valve back on so that was an easy fix of replacing the washer. The water pump they found was leaking in the middle of the pump so they said it was a faulty pump. They replaced it and no more water anywhere. I called Factory Direct to advise them that day of the findings and sent them video of the leaking pump. (I didn't want to call them before knowing the issue was the pump) They took the information and said they'd get back to me. A week went by and I heard nothing. I called again and spoke to Hunter. They stated there was nothing they could do without looking at the pump which I said I could mail them but of course they didn't offer postage to cover the cost for doing so. I'm not getting screwed twice by them. I won't be back in the area for at least a couple years so they won't do anything. I couldn't believe they didn't want to even offer something to help out me having to pay for another water pump. I would not have your RV worked on at this place.

Working with the sales team was good overall. We met them at a camper show and they did a wonderful job helping us through the process even though we lived a couple of hours away. All that said, I was very disappointed in the response from their service department. We bought a camper and they prioritized getting it out the door, explained how to use everything and sent us on the way. A few months in, we noticed the solar panel was not on the camper that was supposed to have been on there. The sales team confirmed it was missing after multiple calls. Every time I called them, I got bounced around between sales and service, and could very rarely get a hold of anyone in the service dept. I left my camper with them for 3 weeks to fix a warranty issue that was only supposed to take less than a week and they had never even looked at it other than the initial photos. I was told that they were overwhelmed with sales. So if you want to buy from them, you’re the number 1 priority but you will be the last priority if you need any service done. I ended up calling Forest River who said I could take it elsewhere and that they had never even filed the warranty claim. I took it to Camping World where they looked at it, got the part in 2 days and installed and got it back to me all within a week. Camping World was also great to deal with because we felt like a priority and not “we’ll get to you when we get time”. I will not be conducting my business with this group again.

Such a great experience! Parker and Hunter were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! We drove 6 1/2hrs to buy an RV and it was worth it!! I would recommend Parker and Hunter to anyone wanting to purchase a RV or Boat!!
