We had been shopping for a new Travel Trailer at a couple of other dealerships prior to arriving at Blue Compass in Seguin. When we got to Seguin, Carol came out and introduced herself. We arrived an hour before closing time since we only wanted to look at two floor plans in one specific brand that were on the lot. Seeing the real RV not just the pictures, floor plans, and video walk through saves a lot of regrets later. Carol showed us the requested trailers and we explained that we had not been pleased with the run around we had gotten elsewhere. Carol asked what she could do to sell us the trailer we had decided on. Having purchased a couple of trailers over the decades, knowing the value of my trade in, and doing extensive research on the floor plans we had been considering, I told her what it would take, which was: the price I was willing to pay, the amount I wanted for my trade in, and the removal of a fee for something that I firmly believe is the dealer’s responsibility not the buyer. Back to the office we go and less than 10 minutes later Carol came out and told us we had a deal. She stayed well past closing time until everything was completed. I walked away happy with the deal I got and I imagine the dealership is happy with the profit they made. Carol treated us with respect, took the time to find out what we wanted, how experienced we were about travel trailers, and stood back and let us look without pointing out obvious things that anyone with RV experience would know. She pointed out a couple of changes in the brand that had occurred over the last 7 years from when I’d bought my trade in. If you don’t know much about travel trailers I have no doubts she can walk you through and show you everything from the basic features to the fancy features. I will recommend Carol to anyone and everyone who is interested in purchasing a RV.

Terrible service! Would not recommend. When I arrived, the front office staff continued laughing and carrying on their conversation while a customer was clearly waiting in the lobby. Despite being visible to the team, no one acknowledged me or came out to see if I needed assistance. I was then left to wander the large parking lot alone. Eventually, someone came out, only to direct me to look at the camper by myself stating it’s so close by—without offering a golf cart or any assistance. In fact it wasn’t close at all. Even after I returned to my car, no one followed up. They also push to finance in house for “additional discounts” only for it to still be sticker price. The 2016 camper was so run down and extremely worn out, they do no prepping whatsoever. Go to Funtown instead
