My experience with Blue Compass in Kyle Texas: I purchased a 2022 Thor Tuscany 40RT from Blue Compass in Kyle, Texas in March of this year and found that the people there to be very nice. However, I am disappointed with the way that my deal was handled. I was told that there would be a presentation (ballons and fanfare however that doesn’t matter to me) to go over the unit but that did not happen. It felt as if I was rushed through the process. The manager Jerardo went over the RV quickly but not good enough because there was so much, we didn’t understand. He did not disclose the laundry list of problems with the RV. They sold us someone else’s problems. As soon as we drove off the lot at our first stop the step stopped working, the electric door lock to the front door stopped working with the remote and once it got dark, we found that the head lights are very dim and dangerous to drive at night. We found we can only drive during the day. There are so many problems which some I have fixed myself. For instance, the slide out counter and the main lighting feature. Both I had to take apart and repair. I found a video on YouTube that a review was done on my RV by Matt’s RV in 2023 and even then, the counter was broken from the factory and they listed that as one of the things they didn’t like about the RV. I also found that the front cover/hood for the generator was damaged but I had not noticed it when I purchased it. When we got home, I noticed that the hood was sticking out on the passenger side a little and that’s when I noticed the damage (Not disclosed to me at time of purchase). The RV is beautiful and presents well but there are many more problems I’m told that I will have to pay for these repairs. I would not have purchased this RV Had I known of all the problems. I feel as if I have been scammed. I paid for RV Complete and am supposed to have priority service but after a week have not heard a thing. Thank you, Darryl Scott

My husband & I were in traffic on our way home & decided on a complete whim to look at new campers just for fun and see what we could get for ours on trade out of pure curiosity. Even having said from the moment we walked in that these were our intentions & we weren't looking to buy, Ruben treated us with the utmost kindness, patience & care. Walked us around the lot, went over our preferences, what we like & don't about the 2013 Keystone we have, etc... We ended up falling in love with a 2025 Zinger he recommended based on our needs & now we've got a fresh new home away from home for the upcoming trips we've planned out. With the help he and the finance manager, Caleb, provided on our budget and trade, our gummy little cat can still get the dentures she so desperately needs. I have a twinkle in my eye just thinking of her enjoying crunchy food again. Thank you Ruben, you've saved our girl and our comfort on road trips!

Avoid At All Cost! Site closed moved to Buda, Tx I had an abysmal experience with Explore USA RV. The customer and sales service were absolutely horrendous. I was sold a lemon of an RV, and despite it being over a year, it's still not fixed. The number of times I've been lied to by their staff is beyond belief. The lack of accountability and follow-through is astonishing. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare, and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly disappointing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Steer clear of Explore USA RV unless you're in the market for broken promises and endless frustration. Water heater was supposed to be replaced prior to delivery and wasn't... doesn't work on electric. *Furnace - Floor blowing up like a balloon *No Heat in bedroom *Shower drain leaking under RV in storage area. *Shower door shattered during transport *Installed washer and dryer shaking alot *Laundry Hamper Door Fell Off *Bedroom closet shelf Fell Off *Bed hydrolic Master lifts broken/fell off *RV delivered without Refrigerator lock, now has dents. *Water line under RV leaking on kitchen slider - guessing from refrigerator line. *Island sink leaking *Island has water damage to bottom *Slide carpet is completely stained with glue from manufacturer and was told it would be cleaned or replaced.. wasn't. *Window screens falling off *Cabinet Doors Falling off *Love seat not set in place.. moves *Third AC continually just turns off and on no matter the setting. *Trims falling off *Skylight plastic on both fell off Outside: *Awning has a small cut in it at the edge.. so don't want to use it. They were never opened all the way before purchasing because of the location you all had it in. *Tires - Notified prior to delivery they were bad.. they were not changed. *Replaced a total of 12 screws around fenders and siding. *Front hatch doesn't Lock. *Leveling jacks appear to be leaking hydraulic fluid. *Both right side lift doors are falling off master lift arms. *The MORryde slide out tray wasn't even bulted in... Only had one screw holding the entire thing in place.

Great folks here! Purchased a used 2021 Coachmen Apex Ultra Lite. Special thanks to Mike, Craig and Steve and rest of crew for making this transaction actually enjoyable for me and KoKo. Great price and excellent service. All went well with the purchase, however, when I came back a few days later to pick up the unit after the 50 point inspection of the unit someone had dropped the ball on the cleaning and detailing of the camper. But when they realized the error, it was immediately all hands on deck to get it done and they did a great job! They were in the process of moving from there old location and normal operations were still in the process of being put in place, so the hiccup was understandable.
