Bought an amazing camper sight unseen with dealings over the phone and via text…The entire company handled the transaction perfectly! Robert was great, along with the man that did my walk through when I went to pick up the camper! The financial closer was amazing, explaining in great detail the entire loan process, insurance dealings and warranty plan as well! Had the best burrito made inside at their deli by a super nice lady! Couldn’t have been any easier to deal with as a hole by the entire company! Went because the pictures showed a pretty good parts selection. When I arrived they had almost nothing that could be seen. The pictures were all there was, so, no browsing to find what you need. They may have it behind the counter or in back but I never saw a parts person come out. The receptionist was very nice though. By the time we spoke I was already wanting to leave.
A large RV Dealer in the area. Reminded me of a camping world with a smaller selection of accessories. It was clean and everyone was nice. I came in to order a part. Ebay has it for $10 up to $17. I figured it would be $40... nope it was $60 and had to be ordered but they would have it tomorrow. Maybe I should have driven to the camping world but everyone knows they never have cheap prices. We were staying in the area and needed some parts for our 5th wheel. I went to their parts and service facility and they had all three things in stock that I was after. They were extremely helpful and careful to make sure that the parts I bought were exactly correct for my water heater, toilet and awning, additionally I thought that their prices were fair. The facility is gorgeous! Two days later when I got home to Oregon I realized that I had left my note pad there and it had some info on it that I needed on an upcoming trip. I phoned them, and they had set it aside. They took photos and texted them to me and then followed up with a phone call to make sure that I got the photos and that they were readable. Top notch customer service all the way around!
