When it was time to upgrade from our bumper pull travel trailer to a 5th wheel tow hauler, I'm so glad we chose Epic RV Liquidators. Unfortunately, after we picked up our beautiful Genesis Vortex, we started to have some issues with the main slide. That's when we saw their amazing customer service in action. The owner, Jim Tuck, came to our home (which is over an hour away from the dealership!) to troubleshoot the problem. Jim worked with us to ensure our slide issues were completely fixed. The customer service at Epic RV Liquidators is hands-down the best I've ever experienced. Their dedication to making things right, even after the sale, is truly impressive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV.

I’ve spent over $150,000 at this dealership over multiple purchases, including two RVs, and the service has been consistently terrible. Once they have your money, you are treated like a number and nothing more. After selling my most recent RV, I tried to cancel the extended warranty I purchased directly through this dealership. The warranty is not transferable, so cancellation should have been straightforward. Instead, I was given months of excuses by Mike in the office. I was repeatedly told I had to go through a third party or even another dealership that “has nothing to do with them,” which is ridiculous considering the warranty was sold and financed right there. After being given the runaround for months, I finally contacted the warranty company myself. They confirmed that absolutely nothing had been submitted on my behalf. No paperwork. No cancellation request. Nothing. If it had been submitted, it would have shown up immediately. Ironically, the warranty company was far more professional and helpful than the dealership that sold me the warranty in the first place. This is not a one-off issue. Every interaction with their service and finance departments has been excuses, delays, and finger-pointing. I’ve had an RV sit on their lot for months for warranty service when it wasn’t even a year old. No urgency, no communication, no accountability. You would think a repeat customer spending six figures might get prioritized — not here. Talk to other customers and you’ll hear the same thing. Many people won’t even take their RVs back here for warranty work because the process is such a headache. Yes, their prices may look good upfront, but it is absolutely not worth the stress, wasted time, and lack of accountability. Spend a little more money and buy from a reputable dealer that actually stands behind what they sell. Saving a few bucks is not worth the months of frustration and the nightmares you’ll deal with afterward. I’ve given this place far too many chances. I’m done, and I’m writing this to hopefully save someone else from going through the same mess.
