Outstanding Experience at Emire RV & Marine! I recently purchased my Keystone Sprinter 5th Wheel from Emire RV & Marine , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My salesman, Christopher Wright, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He made sure I understood every detail and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. That level of customer service is rare these days. John, the boss, was just as impressive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I left confident and excited about my purchase. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. The staff are very helpful! Chris made the buying part easy, and Kevin was very thorough in his walk through. The price was fantastic as well. It's definitely worth the drive if you're serious about buying an rv. They also sell boats and trucks.

We had a great experience at Empire with our salesman, John. Low pressure, informative, and made us a great deal on a motorhome.

I am giving two stars for several reasons. When we purchased the RV we dealt with Chris. Chris was very nice and we had a good experience purchasing our new RV. When we arrived to pick it up the plate we needed to haul the RV did not fit Our new RV empire was unable to assist us in getting a safe option of how to take ownership of our RV. We were able to pull it home. it was very nerve-racking and scary. I feel like Empire should have made sure that we were equipped to carry our RV home before we arrived there to pick it up. Once we got it home, we have encountered several different things that I feel like should have been identified and addressed when the pre-check by the Empire staff was supposed to happen. We were not told prior to the purchase of this RV that we had no keys to any of the bays so we are unable to lock any of the outside bays until we hire a locksmith and get them re-keyed. We had no plugs to the recliner chairs in the living room so we are having to order those. The propane tanks that were on the RV were completely empty. Luckily, we had propane and our tanks in the old RV which we switched out. The buttons inside of the RV that turn all on and off all the lights were missing batteries so we have to purchase batteries and replace all the batteries. The smoke detector was beeping so it needed a new battery not a big deal but I feel like again that should’ve been addressed. The closet door does not close so we are going to have to fix that. The shower door does not have a handle so we are going to have to fix that. also, there was a packet of information stuffed into a kitchen cabinet that I found once we moved in that had the remote controls and owners manual. I feel like Empire should have known that was there and made sure that we had it. We purchased two used furion cameras from a person at Empire while we were; there was one of the furion cameras that we purchased was in this new packet information so we spent $100 we did not need to spend. We have been unable to get the hot water working and we have identified what we believe is wrong and we are gonna have to decalcify the hot water heater, which I feel like should’ve been done by empire we should have been able to hook up and have hot water immediately. There is no spare tire on the RV and we were not told this prior to picking it up. There is also something going on with the water pump and we have not quite figured out what that is yet. We will probably have to call the repair man out. Luckily, we did purchase the warranty. With all of this being said, I do want to identify that Kevin was the individual that assisted us when we picked up our RV. He was amazing. He helped us move from our old RV to our new RV and I just wanna make sure that he is identified as a great asset very nice and I don’t know what we would’ve done without him.

Good people and trust worthy . Nick was a man of his word . We’re happy with our DRV . We wanted an older nice unit and got just what we wanted and the price was more than fair.
