Simply cannot recommend East Coast RV enough! After researching our wants and needs for months, we settled on a model and toured it during an RV show. Faced with pressure and shady sales tactics from another dealer, we knew we wanted to purchase the model from East Coast. From my very first communication with Josh in sales, I was impressed. Not only did he provide honest information and straightforward pricing, but did so in a non pushy, professional way. From the moment we walked in, we were treated great. Katrina in finance was fabulous and didn't treat us like customers, but more like long lost friends. I swear we could've talked for hours. We are looking forward to traveling many miles and years in our first travel trailer and simply cannot recommend them enough!
East Coast RV has been great to deal with, both during the purchase process and now having service performed. Chuck was great when we purchased our new Cougar 316 RLS Midnight Edition and Craig and Michelle have gone overboard to assist with any and all service needs. They have even assisted when I have called with questions and take the time to provide guidance. There are many others that have helped out, as well. Just can’t remember all the names. Great dealer all around. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend them if you’re in the market for an RV.
From the time we called your store to ask about the 5th wheel we bought, till the time we purchased it....everyone was amazing!!! Professional, friendly, and cared about our needs and interest in the RV we wanted. Our salesman Andy was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend buying a RV at East Coast RV in Bedford. Kamy was a pleasure to deal with, although a newbie in the RV business answered our questions and got us a price we were satisfied with. We did have an issue with our new camper after the first camping trip. When I called to get an appointment the service manager asked when was our next camping trip and got us in so we could make our next trip. Four stars because when we went to pick up our new trailer there were a couple items that needed fixed ahead of time but weren't. I also expected a follow up call after purchase to see how our new camper was working out.
Needing to downsize from a 5th wheel to a Tagalog. They were so helpful and not pushy while allowing us to look at as many campers as we wanted to. Answered all of our questions. Helpful and friendly. They came where our 5th wheel was set up and hauled it for us to their place of business. Did an extensive instruction on our new to us camper. Would definitely recommend
