Bought a new RV from Dunlap in 2/21. The salesman, Nate, was an honest straight-shooter. They offered the lowest price we could find in the East. We conducted the transaction remotely from Massachusetts and drove 900mi for pickup. Upon arrival, the RV was well prepared and the transaction was smooth. All-in-all, very impressed with Dunlap RV and our remote purchase. Already traveled 2500mi and 14 nights - so far so good!
I bought a Jayco Eagle from a different Dunlap so not sure about the sales side. But I can speak with experience to the parts and service. They have satisfied every single warranty issue I have had without any grief. And believe me I tend to nit pick. Josh and Suzy have taken care of me so well. Josh called and said my camper was repaired and needed to be picked up ASAP because they were running out of parking space. I explained that I was going out of town for my dads funeral. They said not to worry about picking it up until I was ready. When you treat people right they tend to become like family.
Very happy with our purchase and the staff at Dunlap Family RV. I preferred working with a smaller dealer and they delivered. The day we picked up our travel trailer was a pleasant experience and went smoothly, including financing which I always dread. After we took the camper out for a weekend trip we found a few small issues which will always happen. We set up an appointment to have them fixed and they were waiting for us and took care of everything and spent extra time realigning our hitch. Will be nice to see new service building finished as that wasn’t a great situation.
Our experience with Dunlap was outstanding. We had a budget and they worked to stay within our budget. No pressure from sales folks. They were available to answer questions. Even the general manager came out to make sure we were well taken care of. We had our financing pre approved through our credit union…they worked seamlessly with them! Camper was spotless on pickup day and ready for the road!
