I would not hesitate to buy another car from these guys. I flew from Texas to NC to buy a 31 year old car from them sight unseen, and I was not disappointed. Billy actually replaced the tires and the battery AFTER I paid for the car because he knew I had 1500 miles to drive home. I bought the car for my mother who is in her 90s and Billy and Chris cared about that. These are honest men. The car I bought is a ‘93 Crown Victoria with 28k. It’s beautiful.
Saw this car on the used car site! Looked all over for a better deal! No luck! Billy told me they had a wholesaler that wanted it but I was first in line! Many other dealers would have told me it was sold and that would have ended it! Went the next day and drove it! Worked a deal that was very fair compared to others I had try to make! If you're looking for honest, courteous and exceptional service ... This is the place for you. These folks really know what it means to provide customer service. I travelled from 2 hours away to see a car they had for sale without an appointment. I arrived after 1 pm on a Saturday and the office was closed. Oh no!! (Long story short) After one phone call and in a couple of hours, I was driving home with a wonderful car. What an "Awesome" experience (I wish these larger dealerships could learn from these folks). No wonder this place has been in business for over 30 years. Thanks again Billy!!!!
