First, let me say that I live in the area, so know that DeMartini has a good reputation locally, and for a very long time. Any motor home, trailer, camper, automobile purchased new is going to have problems. I have purchased several RVs from DeMartini over the years. And yes, they had things go wrong with them. So what is important is what comes next: The service department has been great about getting things fixed in a timely manner. The parts department has also been great about helping me shop for things I need, such as extras and add-ons. Meanwhile my neighbor purchased an RV in Sacramento. Now every time he needs work done he has to travel over an hour each way. Live and learn, I guess.

I spoke with Tim (the owner). I called from a midwestern state inquiring about an RV listed on their website. Tim was amazing. Took the time to talk through all the different RVs I was considering…even though he knew at this point in time he didn’t have a solution for me. Tim was a wealth of knowledge…I think he said he had 50 years in the industry. From my perspective, if a person goes out of there way, when they know at this time there isn’t a sale to be had…is an organization that is looking for long term relationships and repeat business. If by chance they do eventually find a coach for me…I would make the trip and buy from them.
All I did was make a phone call and said can i talk to someone in sales and his reply was "yea what do you want". Short and annoyed. Felt like I was a bother and I could tell he was absolutely annoyed. Sorry but before I travel 8 hours to look at a half a million unit id like to know its there. Sad part is its the unit I want but from that alone ill wait till another shows up.
Amazing RV Dealer My wife and I have been looking for our RV for a few years… We went to numerous dealerships. Our experience at a number of dealerships around the Central Valley and Northern California were less than pleasurable to say it nicely. We were strung along by a number of “National Dealerships.” They executed a bait and switch campaign on us like i’d never seen before. Our entire RV shopping experience changed as soon as I contacted Nate from DeMartini RV. He was straight forward, professional, trustworthy, and went above and beyond for us. Everything he said and offered from day one was done… and then some! Tony in the Service Department was also exceptional. I have a pretty tight schedule and he has worked with me to get us in and fix the few little warranty items that needed fixing. Tony even worked with our local ford dealership to get Thor Motorcoach to cover some warranty items at the dealership so that we didn’t have to take our coach to another shop!
