I called Dads Camper Outlet in Sumrall and spoke with Norman about purchasing my camper. He handled everything over the phone. I drove 4 1/2 hours to pick up the camper. Norman and Ty, the technician, stayed until 8:30 pm , way after hours, to make it happen for me. I can not say enough great things about these two men. Absolutely awesome customer service!

Thought I had left a review. We bought our camper about 8 months ago from here. Best experience we could have had for first time owners. We lived out of state and drove 8 hours to pick up our camper. Customer service was top notch from the moment thay answered the first phone call to us arriving and hooking up to leave. Looking for our next purchase with these guys. None better.

My Easter camping trip was nearly ruined by a plumbing issue with my camper trailer. I discovered an obstruction in the cold water line, and after some troubleshooting, found gravelly, calcium-like debris in the faucet screens—pointing to the hot water tank as the culprit. (Don't be like me. Change those anodes once or twice a year). After my efforts to clear the line failed, I knew they would have to be blown out, and started looking for a shop, but being Good Friday, none had availability. Abandoning my trip, I headed home. 3 hours out, in Sumrall, MS, I spotted Dad's Camper Outlet. I took a shot, not expecting much, and wheeled in. I’m an experienced RV’er and know how hit-or-miss repairs on the road can be—but this place absolutely exceeded every expectation. Surprisingly, they took me right in and within minutes, they had 4–5 team members working on the issue. They confirmed the problem as sludge buildup from the hot water tank and spent the next couple of hours blowing out the lines, flushing the hot water tank, replacing the anode, disconnecting cleaning and reconnecting faucets in the kitchen, bath and outdoor shower —getting sprayed with sludge in the process (see the photo below). They stayed polite, professional, and upbeat the whole time. They fully corrected the problem and to top it all off, the price was more than fair. They even cleaned up the camper afterward. Huge shoutout to Justin Archer, the service director—he was an absolute lifesaver (Geaux Tigers!). Good heart and a consummate professional. Thanks to the team at Dad’s, my trip was back on track. Having a few smaller issues to be dealt with in the future, my camper will be coming back, well worth the drive to know it will be repaired by folks who have earned my trust. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great buying experience. Myles is super helpful and respectful. The service department walked me through the entire check list, answered all of my questions, and made several recommendations on maintenance. I was glad that I made the short 2 hour trip, well worth the drive!

If there was an option to give a review with NO STAR, this place..and the salesman, would've earned ZERO. As is always the case, you have to award an UNDESERVED star in order to write a review. One week ago, my husband and I drove from Florence to look at look at some campers at Dad's Camper Outlet. When we got there, no one came out to even greet us..much less, to see if they could help us! My husband finally went inside to ask if someone could show us some campers! There were several men all sitting at separate desks, and each one was very disinterested in offering any assistance! One guy finally came out to "help". There were golf carts parked out in front at the doors, but he never offered us a ride. Instead, we followed him on foot. He would only go from one camper to another if my husband asked about differences. I was trying to keep up so that I could hear the conversation, but I had the dog with me on leash. By the time I'd almost be to where they were, they'd be coming back my direction! I never saw the inside of a single camper on the lot! I'm not even sure my husband did! Most questions asked of the "salesman?" were answered with, "I don't really know", or "I'm not sure". As we started back to the car, my husband told him, "Well, we won't take up anymore of your time". If the salesman's offered any response at all, it was inaudible as he opened the door and entered the comfort of the office! Whoever owns this store needs to manage the employees. I'd strongly recommend they be observed by live-feed camera! I'll even go further and make another recommendation. REMOVE ALL THE DESKS AND OFFICE CHAIRS!! If that doesn't work, ELIMINATE ALL CURRENT DEADWEIGHT EMPLOYEES AND START AFRESH AND ANEW! You may actually discover the several 2-legged reasons for your waning business! This was a total waste of our fuel and time!
