At first I wasn't sure how my experience would coming to this dealer but, I'm glad I did. Front my first initial call Pabel was kind and very knowledgeable on the whole process. I got a great deal on our first motorhome, my friends that have more experience with RVs could not believe the amazing deal I got and how easy it was to get it. Cue's RV made sure that I understood the INS and OUTS before leaving the dealership giving us a very detailed walkthrough of the motorhome and it's features. My family can't wait to start building great memories in our motorhome. Thank you Cue's RV for the amazing experience and great deal. Update 12/19/2023 Just wanted to take the time to thank CUE RV for standing behind their product. Lola (The Name we gave our motorhome) had a small miss alignment and a leak within the water pump and Pabel immediately jumped on it making the necessary corrections and ensuring that everything was corrected. We took a 2000 miles trip to Eugene Oregon and Lola did amazing. Thank you once again Cue's RV for the amazing motorhome and standing behind your product.
What a great experience! After visiting a few other RV locations and seeing many different style trailers we just could not make a great deal. We googled local RV sales and found a family owned RV company by the name of Cue's and we are so glad that we did! We stopped by and met up with owner Pabel who did not pressure us but left us to review each trailer at our own pace. Pabel made himself available for all questions as well as extended any offers that we were able to use at that time. Although we did not leave that evening with the trailer, we decided that if we were to purchase, we would absolutely return to Cue's for thr purchase. The trailer we purchased was perfect for us and the customer service we received exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making this process easy, happy and worth our while. We purchased a Class A RV from Cue's RV Sales. Pabel and his team did everything and more to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Anytime anything came up he was there to help and make it right. He even drove my RV 50 miles to my home! Originally was going to buy through a private party. That would have been a mistake. Pabel and Raul go the extra mile and took their time to show me how everything works until I was comfortable. Pabel (on his own dime) did a bearing and break service, put on 4 new tires and new batteries, put new seals all around our RV, and even gave us a TV and a trailer hitch connector (mine was too small). Better than great service, and you're not going to get that through a private sale.
I tell anyone that I can what a great experience it was to deal with Cue's RV. My husband and I felt that their prices were reasonable and all of our questions were answered quickly and with sincere honesty. Pabel and the staff were professional and friendly. I even made a call to ask a newbie question a couple of months after the sale took place last summer and Pabel graciously took the time to help out and then even followed up with me afterwards. Customer service is taken seriously here. Very good people operating a family-run community business with integrity. We're loving our ongoing RV adventures and have Cue's to thank for making it possible!
