Took my 17 ft single axle Casita to Crestview for a wheel bearing repack. I was told it would take 3 or four days. After 12 days I called to check it out. They told me they hoped to get to it in the next three or four days. I told them never mind and went to pick it up. No one even attempted to keep my business. They just brought it around for me to pick up. I noticed right off that my original jack block was gone and had been replaced with two plastic blocks about half the height of my original. On the way out the potholes in their driveway almost knocked the wheels of my little Casita. Once home I noticed that two of the four wheel trays to my bike rack had been stolen. My wife tried to tell me they had terrible reviews but I didn’t listen.

I cannot say enough about Cami and her dedication to us during our sale. She even came in on her day off to do our walkthrough and make sure we had everything we needed. We are first time RV owners and wasn't sure what to expect but Cami surpassed anything I could have hoped for. Absolutely see her if you are looking for a used or new RV. Edited to add that Rob in the finance department was amazing and so patient with us while we were there. Edited 8/21/25 to add: While or initial experience with Cami was excellent and Rob was great, here we are 3 months into owning our first RV and it SUCKS! We bought as is because the price was in our budget. We needed this RV for a dwelling for our 17 year old for legal reasons, I explained this to Cami. I saw in the pictures water damage in the storage area and point blank ask her if it had a leak and she told me no. That it was solid and no leaks. We've been blessed with an abundance of rain this summer and my child can't use the RV we purchased because, you guessed it, it LEAKS! This has created a heap of trouble for us, my child, and we have no options at this time. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I truly thought we were getting what we were told. Now I have payments on crap that we can't even sell because what we owe is more than this heap is worth. Thanks Cami and everyone else in the sales dept that failed us.

The sales person Chris was awesome. But of course the sales manager calls the shots. Finance manager great but Chris was and is a great person to deal with. Great guy. But a good or a nice person like a sales manager should at least come out of his office and greet and thank the buyer. But nothing. Anyway we have certain right wing liberals out there. No problem. All my past sales managers have come greeted me. I buy 9 to 13 vehicles a year for the past 4 years. But deal with Chris. Great guy and great father and husband. It's all about communication. Which is rare. Every business should be a great human experience. Sales guys are great. Finance managers good. But come on sales managers should not sit an office and just approve stuff. Come on . They can't just can't come out and say thank you. Anyway. Sorry I'm an baby boomer When life and people were real and thankful. .

We bought a new Class C and couldn’t be happier w our experience! Janie, our sales person, was great. Super knowledgeable about the rv and great to work with. Tom in finance was easy going and TJ in parts hooked us up. Jesse was the serviceman who walked me through and didn’t miss a thing. Explained everything very well. Adam, the service or parts manager provided great customer care and service during an issue with the generator we had knock out. This is our second RV through a Crestview dealer and I don’t see us shipping anywhere else in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of stock. Dwayne was very helpful in showing me why I would want one camper over the other. He is very knowledgeable about things to look for.
