First and foremost I will be a Craig smith customer for life not because of the product, but because of the service. I think no matter what product they would sell it would be backed up but trustworthy people. So the story begins about a year and a half ago when I bought a tractor and a extremely fair price from a gentleman with not much tractor experience but he turned me to my first big thank you Bruce, who took time showing me the ins and outs. So a year and a half later I had some trouble with my loader arm and I took it in for a service appointment and to have that fixed. Now the warranty on the attachment was expired and due to my lack of taking it in when I should have I had to cover the cost and that was on me but, Bruce was completely honest with me about a mid diag and replaced the loader valve for free I did pay for the ring kit but I was extremely impressed with his honesty and communication. The service was past excellent and I will continue to have it service there and buy equipment from them. So this year we bought a 5th wheel camper and it’s a very nice unit but it came with some problems no fault of Craig smith. Now it was accidentally shipped to me with a water leak but I was also pushing to have it now and not later so who’s that really on? I think they were trying to meet my expectations and accidentally got to me and you know what accident happen but the events that followed will show you how they care for their customers. I called that night left a voicemail and got a response from my second big thank you Renea (I’m sure I butchered her name) she got a tech ( my third thank you but I can’t remember his name) and he had me fixed the very next day. The service and communication was past excellent. Now it got cold and what we assumed is that tank dosed the furnace and fried the board but again She got a very good tech to me within a timely manner (had to order parts) There service has blown past my expectations and from top to bottom I am genuinely impressed by the way they have handled these situations and will Connie to be a customer for life.

We bought a 2025 Delta alliance, The fridge stopped working mid walk-through and somehow they magically got it to come back on, never gave us a reason why it’s went off in the first place… Fast-forward a month later the fridge completely stopped working no rhyme or reason. The service manager Renée, was extremely helpful and very responsive. She set up a time for them to come pick up the trailer,Take it back to the service station to work on the refrigerator. They got it working and then they hauled it back to our campground, saved us a lot of work and we were very appreciative.

We had a great experience purchasing our Leisure Wonder RTB from Gary and the whole gang. Tammy did a very thorough job with the walk through and Jeramy explained every contract very clearly. Everyone was so kind to us and very helpful. We highly recommend anyone come and check them out!!

My husband and I were fortunate to have found Craig Smith RV. We picked up our new Leisure Unity MB 2 weeks ago. The entire experience with Alex and Tammy was absolutely incredible. They are very easy to work with and were helpful through the process. The walk-thru with Tammy was exceptional. She took her time to explain everything to us at our pace. Answered any questions during the walk-thru and also made it super fun! She was so personal, pleasant and easy to follow all of her instructions. We picked up our new LTV from Craig Smith RV yesterday and couldn't be happier! We are currently on our epic roadtrip adventure back to Seattle and love our new Wonder RL. The team at Craig Smith made the process of purchasing our first RV smooth. Thank you Jack, Wayne, Jeramy, and Tammy for a great experience! Tammy especially deserves a special shout out for all her efforts. She is super communicative and friendly and was fantastic to work with. She coordinated our upgrades before we arrived and even had our van all decked out with our supplies we shipped over (towels, bedding etc.) so it already felt like home. It was so fun having all the camping gear decorated outside the van too! Her walkthrough was very helpful and efficient, and gave us confidence to kickstart our long drive home.
