I broke down 30mi from facility. I arrived very early because of the trouble. Bill toke my unit in and had the repair done in 2 hours, back on the road. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.
Love this place!! We've bought 2 campers from Country Side RV and wouldn't go anywhere else for our 3rd camper. I want to give a shout out to Lauren for his knowledge & expertise on selling us the camper and once we got it home he helped out with any questions we might still have with the new camper over the phone. I also want to give a huge shout out to Bob. We we're having troubles getting the sewer cap off & Bob on his way home from work & off the clock stopped by & was able to remove the cap for us. We had mentioned we were having issues with the new camera system we purchased from Country Side & Bob has offered to stop buy this next week again after hrs to help us figure it out. We've offered to give him something for his trouble and his time and he wouldn't take anything. You won't go wrong working with this company & their employees. Bob & Lauren are new to us this time buying the new camper but even when we purchased the 1st camper the employees there twice came after work hrs to help with issues we couldn't figure out on are own. I definitely give Country Side 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We've been going here for over 11 years when we bought our camper. They maintain it spring and fall and have stored it over the winter several years. They are very personable and always remember us, do an excellent job of repairing or servicing, and always treat us fairly. It's worth the drive to Colfax for good trustworthy service.
I gave Countryside RV 5 stars because they did a great job on my camper repairs and provided great customer service. There were a few issues at first but Bob and Mike Jr took care of those issues and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Thanks again! Robert
My husband and I looked at campers at five different dealers and selected one from Countryside RV in Colfax in the Autumn of 2021. Our salesperson, Loren, was low-key, very knowledgable, thorough and happily answered all our questions. We were able to finance our purchase, put down a deposit and return and sign all the paperwork and be given a full tour of how everything works on our camper. Even after we purchased it and took it out a couple times, we were able to reach out with a couple more questions, and had them answered professionally. We would definitely return to them, if we decide in a year or two, to move up to a larger camper. The price was competitive and the service we received was great.
