So happy to have found Conejo RV. Recently purchased a Storyteller. Rick, Jim, Ray and team have all been super helpful. Had a minor issue with the rig week one (nothing to do with the dealership) which was a bummer but it was nice to experience the availability and quick turn around provided. The great customer service I’ve heard about really showed.
Cannot say enough good things about things about Conejo. They are the only ones I trust with my home/van. They were incredibly helpful through the purchase process and have been there to help every step of the way after. Their entire team is absolutely amazing.
Conejo RV is the best. I first pulled in there while on a road trip. My Winnebago Revel had a secondary alternator failure. Service Manager Nathan and his crew dropped what they were doing and looked over my Revel and made sure it was safe to drive home, since this wasn’t something that could easily be fixed. I really appreciated Nathan’s concern and his follow up with me. Fast forward six months and a Winnebago recall. I contacted Nathan and asked if he could take care of me. He fit me into his busy schedule a couple of days later. The recall was handled by a competent technician who knew what he was doing. A++ RV dealer service centers, in my experience, are usually poorly run. Conejo RV is a definite exception. Quality service and a genuine concern for my RV. I wish I would have purchased my Revel from them, and would have had I known about his great facility. I live two hours away, and believe me, it is worth the drive!!
Terrible support and nasty jerks. The sat radio did not work in my new Winnebago Navion - apparently they didn't check it before delivery. I brought it back and they had to remove part of the interior so Mercedes could access the wiring (all paid for by either Winnebago or Mercedes). I arranged a couple days ahead of time to pick it up after they told me it was repaired. I live 1-1/2 hours from their facility. I was about 30 minutes away and I called them to let them know I'd be there in 30. They told me that notwithstanding their commitment to having it ready, they would not. I asked them to stay a bit late to get it done, as they had committed to do, and I thought they agreed to that. When I arrived they informed me very brusquely that "You will not be picking it up today." I asked why and they told me they had not finished reinstalling the interior. When I expressed my amazement, one of them actually pushed his chest against me and another shoved a camera in my face. I am 71 and have never been treated like that in my life. Since leaving it there would have meant a 3 hour extra drive, and because I now did not trust them not to sabotage my vehicle, I took it and put it back together myself, which only took an hour. Complete jerks. Go anywhere but to Conejo.
