Theresa was the perfect person at Blue Compass to help me with my Class C RV purchase. From beginning to end she was kind and knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted and explained the complete process. It was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

Thank you Blue Compass Lebanon TN! ** Update pending, Missing items and repairs will update later Update 7-31 2025: pictures included, my RV was sold with Goodyear Tires sticker advertised on the sides. When we picked the RV up it had 3 Goodyear and one Chinese maypop. The swivel trays were also in the ad, but were missing at pick up. The big thing was a dent on the driver's side back panel and damaged ladder, that we chose not to have repaired for fear of creating a leak. Mr Jon Ferrando, owner of BLUE COMPASS, I really can't remember the question I asked Lane on that day (could have been about the keys to the RV) his response was "IT'S A TEXAS PROBLEM " and threw his hands in the air as he walked away. I'm pretty sure anything to do with my Jayco RV is a Blue Compass problem, not just a Texas problem and both of these individuals Lane and Amanda are not Blue Compass team players. I called several times to get these issues resolved and the regional Manager Amanda Mintor was no help at all, Amanda always threw it back to Lane. On a better note I really have to give a BIG shout out to Angel Molina, Trent Grayheart, RJ Norman and Joe Lazzarino all of Blue Compass Katy, Texas for getting this Tennessee ball rolling even if it wasn't the Goodyear tire it should have been. Y'all can only accomplish so much from a distance. 2nd Update: I received a call from Amanda Mintor, and I believe my Goodyear Tires will be ordered 3rd update As discussed with Amanda Mintor, the 2 Goodyear Tires were waiting for us in Lebanon,TN. We also need to give a huge thanks to Aaron and Ashley in the parts department, they have been very courteous and extremely helpful!
Highly recommend Blue Compass of Lebanon Tennessee. They are very efficient and communicate with their customers. When you go there please ask for Ashley, she will walk and communicate with you on what needs to be and has been done. I’m so thankful for this place and will not be changing at all. Blue compass is our go to now with our RV.. only place I trust
I purchased my Keystone Outback from Blue Compass in Lebanon, TN, in August 2024. Since then, I’ve encountered a few issues with the camper, but the team at Blue Compass has consistently addressed each one promptly and professionally. Most recently, I dealt with a non-working furnace and a leaking water heater, that just recently started. The furnace had already been replaced earlier this year due to a manufacturer installation. Throughout this process, I worked closely with Jason in Service and the manager, James—both of whom were extremely professional and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and had my camper back up and running as expected. I highly recommend Blue Compass—especially the Lebanon, TN location—and their entire team! Thank you again, Jason and James for the great customer service, A follow-up to my previous post about my 2023 Keystone Outback. After being told the unit was ready for pickup, I drove back to Tennessee to get it. I arrived early Friday afternoon and spoke with the Blue Compass team about what they had done to fix the latest issues. They said they had tested both repairs multiple times without any problems. I hooked up and headed to the campground. After getting set up, everything seemed to be working as expected. However, sometime between 12:30 AM and 5:20 AM, the furnace tripped again. I woke up to a 52-degree interior. I was back at Blue Compass shortly after 9:00 AM on Saturday. I walked in and told James to get me out of the unit—having it for just over a year, I knew it was going to be a challenge. He connected me with my salesperson, Theresa, and off we went to look at different units. Long story short, the Blue Compass team came through. I’m putting the Keystone in the rearview mirror and moving on with my new unit. A huge shoutout to the team members I’ve worked with from my first purchase through this latest one: Jason and Ashley in Service, Manager James, my salesperson Theresa, and Alanna in F&I who helped wrap up the final details. Each of them has demonstrated excellent customer care. Thank you all!
The RV world got a LOT Better when Theresa came back to Blue Compass. We had planned to buy our Lifelong dream RV and were preparing our finances to do so until Theresa left. We simply could not proceed with Anyone else...... If you have tried working with others, you know what I mean. Her high level of competence, kindness and trust are held by few..... She is a Rock Star and we are considering returning our search to this dealership since we heard she is Back. We remain nervous due to many negative reviews that tie directly back to management. by the way... 5 stars for Theresa. One for the dealership based on what we experienced last week when she was not there.
