Worked with Jennifer Roberts on a frame inspection and v brace install on our 2018 Grand Design 310GK Solitude that Grand Design had suggested we have done at there expense. This was the best experience we have had at any RV dealer. Jennifer is top notch in customer service. There wasn't a week go by that she didn't reach out to keep us informed of their progress. My wife and I cane in on a Saturday picked out an Rv and were approved but with a high interest rate so I changed co signers and was alot better rate. The only thing bad I can say is they dont communicate with you. I was told I get a call back to send my paperwork to my Co signer since their not from Indiana and im still waiting to hear back. One thing bout me communication is the key.

I didn't end up buying from this dealership and would have a hard time doing it in the future. I would recommend if you are not local and can’t set eyes on a unit, you ask very specific questions and get as much information as possible before spending money on inspections and/or travel. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is because I do accept some blame for not being very specific and more demanding during the time between when they got the unit in and my scheduled inspection. There were many items on the inspection (ACs not working, stove not working, driver’s side mirror loose and not working, side cameras not working, steps not working properly, step cover not working properly, awning tearing, roof sealant cracking and dry rotted etc…) that I feel should/could have been disclosed prior to me spending a lot of money on a full inspection. Yes, the unit I was looking at was a 2011, but the general condition of the RV was below average for the age and mileage. One of their service techs even mentioned the RV was really rough. The sales manager even admitted he wouldn't have had it transferred if he knew about the rough condition. My major complaint is that if they disclosed the current state of the RV I would not have wasted anyone’s time or my money. I would have not been interested. In the defense of Blue Compass, they did offer to fix some of these issues, but I don’t want to buy a used RV that seems as though it wasn’t properly maintained over the years. I am not seeking perfection on a 14-15 year old RV, but I do expect it to be properly represented. Communication and disclosure to the customers who can’t set eyes on a unit should be improved. The final conversation I had with the Sales Manager he said he would talk to someone above him to see what they could do for me. That was 3 weeks ago and there has been zero follow up. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you are able to look at the unit in-person or get answers on direct questions.

I purchased a used Grand Design Imagine 2600 RB. Mike Dennison was my salesperson. I found Mike to be easy to speak with and a good listener. We negotiated from a distance as I live in East Central Missouri. After a little back and forth we settled on a price. I drove to Indy to make the purchase. Mike and his team was very courteous and helpful. However, after returning home, I did find a few things on the trailer that needed servicing. I contacted Mike about this and he made arrangements for me to have the RV serviced at a nearby Blue Compass near me. I certainly recommend you ask for Mike. Again, Mike Dennison is easy to work with and I believe he is genuine and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!
