My experience at CMC Truck & RV was without a doubt THE BEST vehicle purchasing arrangement I have ever made. Barry and Bill went way above and beyond in the entire transaction. I flew from California to make the deal with CMC since their prices and professionalism were far superior to anything I found anywhere across the US. They sent a limo service to pick me up after flying in to San Antonio and told me if I wasn’t happy with the RV when I arrived in Kerrville, they would be happy to take me back to the airport, no questions asked. When I was dropped off at CMC in Kerrville, Bill was waiting for me and provided a thorough pre-purchase inspection and road test to ensure I was satisfied with the long distance online deal. Once Barry arrived, he conducted his own pre-delivery inspection and he wasn’t completely satisfied with the coach water pump performance, so he installed a new one before I left. Knowing I would be driving the RV back to California, he also replaced the engine serpentine belt at no charge, before I arrived. Barry also ordered a couple additional replacement components for items that did not meet his high standard of performance and had them shipped to me in California. Who provides that level of service anymore? Barry Collins at CMC Truck & RV does! The motorhome I purchased was exactly as represented, if not better, and the price was more than fair.
