⚠️ Review of Clickit RV – Buyer Beware First off, do not buy anything from Clickit RV. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a brand new 2023 fifth wheel from them, and from day one, everything has been downhill. I was told repeatedly that my 2018 GMC Sierra 3500HD Duramax (on a 6" lift and 38" tires) would tow the RV without issue. They never once offered to test the hookup before the sale — and I found out the hard way that it absolutely wasn’t suitable, nearly getting stuck in my own driveway. During the final walkthrough, I noticed numerous issues with the RV — holes in the shades, peeling factory stickers, bubbling wallpaper, and more. Their response? “That’s a warranty issue now.” The service department even told me the bubbling wallpaper was “normal.” The worst moment came when one of the slides was retracted and the refrigerator slammed into the island. The walkthrough representative actually said, “You should have never seen that,” before running off to find a technician — who admitted that issue should have been caught long before delivery. After owning it for just two days, I had to return the RV to the shop for all those problems. Three days later, they claimed it was “ready.” When I brought it home again, not only were most of the issues still unresolved, but the entire RV was left trashed. Razor blades were on the floor (with my 2-year-old helping me unpack), papers, staples, and trim pieces were left everywhere, and the only thing they actually fixed was moving the island over about two inches. The black water flush didn’t work — service told me it was “probably clogged somewhere” and they were a week out before they could even look at it. I had to fix it myself. Since then, the heater has failed three times, propane hoses leaked (which I replaced myself), three outlets didn’t work, and I’ve been waiting over a year for a trim piece they promised to replace. The black water valve leaks, and I was told “some valves just do that.” That’s not acceptable. From day one the roof has had visible worm veins, meaning it wasn’t laid or sealed properly — likely leading to future water damage. At this point, it’s easier to list what’s not wrong with this RV. It’s a lemon, plain and simple. Clickit RV claims “service after the sale is the pride of our company.” If this is what pride looks like, I’d hate to see what neglect means to them. When I finally spoke to the owner, Dan, he was dismissive and unprofessional. His solution? To sell me a new truck that would “fit the RV better,” claiming my truck “would look good on his lot” and “bring attention.” Absolutely insulting. Between Clickit RV and Arrotta’s Mitsubishi, it’s clear they care far more about making a sale than taking care of their customers. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money, and when problems arise, they’ll leave you stranded. Stay away. Learn from my experience — this company does not stand behind their products or their word. I've owned this rv for a year and 4 months and its been nothing but problems.

EDIT 10/30/2025: I do not recommend buying from or having your RV serviced at ClickIt RV in Central WA. We absolutely love our 2024 Grand Design Imagine, but like most RV owners, we’ve had a few issues come up. Unfortunately, instead of taking our concerns seriously, the sales and service teams at ClickIt often brushed us off with comments like, “Oh, I’ve never heard of that happening before, not sure what to tell you,” or “The handles are just sticky because it’s been in the sun.” Communication, especially from Daisy, was extremely poor. When I asked for someone else to oversee our repairs, I was told, “She’s it,” and that other team members had the same communication issues with her. I understand this is a smaller location, but this level of service is simply not acceptable. When we returned to Washington after nine months on the road, they still didn’t have the parts they had previously told us were ordered. We ended up taking our rig in twice, only to find that they hadn’t done proper testing or measurements to diagnose our issues correctly. I had to continually remind them what needed to be fixed. At one point, Daisy requested door measurements that should have been taken while the RV was already in the shop — and she needed them by end of day. Because I wasn’t at the site to get them immediately, she delayed ordering the parts, which meant they couldn’t be installed before we left the area. To make matters worse, ClickIt gave inconsistent information to Grand Design, including incorrect service dates and conflicting descriptions of issues. For example, staff told me in person that our fridge definitely needed to be replaced, yet submitted different details to Grand Design that delayed approval. Out of all the problems we brought up — both entry doors, refrigerator, bathroom doors falling off, and a spider-cracked bathroom counter — only the bathroom counter was successfully replaced, and that took two visits. The bathroom doors were “adjusted,” but fell off again on the very next trip. We had to take the entry doors with us and get them reinstalled elsewhere. Our refrigerator is still not fixed, and I’m now working directly with Grand Design to get a new authorization through a different service provider. Overall, our experience at ClickIt RV was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I hope others have better luck than we did, but I wouldn’t trust them with service or warranty work again. And to top it off, after our purchase, Josue moved to a new dealership and immediately reached out asking for our business there. I understand bringing past customers along when changing jobs, but in our case, after the sale it became clear he didn’t know much about the product, and although he promised to follow up on our issues, he never did. --------------------------- We had an excellent experience with Josue and his team at ClickIt RV! Josue was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the entire process with expertise. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions made us feel confident in our purchase. We’re excited to take our new RV out on the road! Highly recommend ClickIt RV for anyone in the market.

Not only did their sales team get us out of the poorly built star craft unit we purchased and into a grand design. (I would recommend nobody ever purchases a star craft unit ever) But they went above and beyond and fixed our trailer where our extended warranty would not cover. Huge shout out to Karri and his team in service dealing with customers like us sometimes it’s not so easy!

I'm late posting this, but I still wanted to give Eric and Josiah a shout out. About a year ago, I bought a used truck camper (2007 Lance 845) from Clickit RV that someone had traded in. We are loving it, and my experience with these guys was excellent. I've purchased a few vehicles, but this was my first purchase in the RV world. Eric is a friendly, low pressure salesman, and he was patient with all of my questions. Josiah is a wizard on the financial side of things and was able to go out of his way to crunch some numbers and find me a lender that worked with our budget and long term goals. I wish these guys the best and recommend checking here first if you're in the market for an RV!

Josiah went out of his way to find me the perfect RV. I had picked out an RV, However it wasn't possible to get the leveling system in by the time I needed the RV. I received a call that evening from him. A RV came on the lot which, he thought I would love it. Pictures sent. I loved the RV more than the original one. Drove over to Union Gap. OMG. Love at first sight. Purchased the RV. Josiah arranged for it to be brought to Milton Freewater. Thank you Josiah and the Clickit RV team. You are an asset to customer service and the RV industry.
