Because I have to leave at least one star I will say the ladies in the front are nice. I took my Roadtrek camper van in for de-winterizing, to sanitize the water lines and check all other functions. The bill was almost $800.00. The only extras were two small gate valves that needed replacement. When I tried to use it this summer no water came through the pipes although you could hear the pump running. I took it back in and the "serviceman" looked at the plumbing for over an hour and was clueless. The bill was $200.00. A friend and I went through the system and found that the water filter was completely clogged with dark green algae. There is no way that could have happened in the two months since it was serviced, especially if they "sanitized" the system. I have had other issues with them and their high labor prices so I'm done with this company. Save your money and take your RV to people with knowledge and integrity.

Unfortunately we have had a horrible experience getting an estimate from clickit. After over 3 weeks of fighting to even get an estimate and them ghosting us multiple times throughout the process we end up with a surprise $500 bill 5 months later for work that didn’t happen and that we have supposedly been “neglecting to pay” ( we have NEVER received any previous bill or communication about any charges) When we called to discuss that something must be wrong with what they were charging us because what they were claiming wasn’t correct we were met with a manager who was immediately out of the gate EXTREMELY rude and confrontational. He called us every name in the book, claimed we were lairs and the type of people who want work for free and hung up on us. I want to be clear if there was work done we would be happy to pay it but there was clearly a mistake as there was no work done and we were told they didn’t charge for the estimate ( the estimate took 15 minutes if that’s what they are charging us for not 2 1/2 hours of 3 separate people working on our trailer as they claim) I should have listened to those who told me to take my trailer elsewhere. I have never written a bad review in my life but this took the cake.

Oh my goodness we have a new trailer! Our experience with Josh Waggoner was amazing. We found him very helpful and courteous. Very upfront with making the transaction quick and easy. Click it RV are a great team. Josh even shared some of his favorite camping places. I did promise to get him a good bear recipe. We would definitely recommend this young man and the team for your next purchase of a RV. Matter of fact they are having some great prices right now. We can’t wait to tow away to our next destination.. Sincerely Josh you are very professional.
