Bought an Astoria from them a year ago. Have had problems ever since. Pocket door was warped. On the first weekend that I had it, sunroof leaked. Talked to service and they wouldn't drive 45 minutes to fix it so i had to fix myself. They said that that year model couldn't get financed because the finance company couldn't find a front kitchen in that year but could sale me an upgraded newer model at same price. Now I feel I was duped.
I purchased my Aspen trail in Feb. 21. I broke the little ball that attaches sway bar to hitch. When i stopped to purchase one on my way to Florida in June they were swamped but took the time to put it on for me. I ask about some minor warranty work issues. He told me to be prepared to leave it 5 weeks. Three weeks later he calls its ready. Also, i need my hitch leveled. He ask I call 3days before I come and he will have tech there to level it. Im very pleased with sale and service after the sale. I have had minor issues and the service dept is fantastic!! I wont purchase another camper anywhere else.
The associates are nice, and do not put too much pressure on you for a sale. The associate I encountered this day, realized quickly, that I was the decision maker in my house. Most places ask where's your husband. I like this intuitive sales associates tactics. I thank this establishment for respecting women.
