I had a great experience with Chesaco. The sales team I worked with , Chad and Steve, were friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the hydraulics when I picked up but the service crew jumped on it right away and had me heading home with that same day. I highly recommend!
My wife and I scheduled an appointment with salesman Lance for August 2, 2025 to look at a 2025 Jayco Jay Feather 27MK. From the second we walked through the doors and met Lance, we knew this going to be a great experience! Lance took us to where the 27MK was parked and told us to take as long as needed to look over the camper. Zero sales stress!! Lance took care of the paperwork and returned on August 6, 2025 to sign the paperwork, drop off our trade in, and complete the paperwork. Bert handled this part. Lance and Bert are the consummate professionals!!! Chesaco's shop shop tech (I don't recall his name) did a thorough walk around!! If anyone is looking to purchase a new camper and doesn't want any pressure, I highly recommend to set up and appointment with Lance and Bert!!! Thank you guys for a great experience!! Joe

We took our RV to Chesaco of Frederick where we purchased it from, paying cash, for multiple warrenty work and they sent it to chesaco in Joppa. The referegator was not cooling, Temps in the high 40's. The Frederick place we purchased from does not do warrenty work. The Joppa place kept it for 3 months and still Didn't fix it! We called numerous times to Rookwood headquarters and they sent a new refer to ON THE SPOT RV and now after 4 months it still isn't fixed. Go someplace else if you @wanting to buy a rv Don't go to chesaco
Bought a Jayco Travel Trailer in July of 2023, took three trips in it with no problems. Decided to take a Holiday Vacation from December 21, 2023 to January 6, 2024 to visit grandkids in Georgia and Mom and Sisters in Louisiana. We broke up our travel to a stop in Greensboro North Carolina where we had heater issues and the slide not going back in. I contacted Hal at Cheasaco RV Joppa and he was able to walk me through the steps for resetting the fuses and we were off on our way. We stopped in Georgia and stayed a couple of days to see our grandkids and of course the tankless water heater went out, so I called Hal again and once again he talk me through the process and we were off to visit the rest of my family in Louisiana. We thought after having a couple of bugs in the system that were fix’s with Hal’s assistance the rest of the trip should have been smooth sailing, but stopping for an accident in Mississippi with all lanes blocked, a woman who wasn’t paying attention to the road, rear ended the camper. No serious injuries. We finally made it to Louisiana to spend the holidays with family. Once we were on our return trip, I called Hal at Chesaco again to let him know about the incident an he set up a date for me to bring the camper to get fix. Having an employee like Hal to work with customers is vital to any business, and my dealings with Hal makes Cheasaco RV Joppa, MD, the place to go to for your RV needs. I would like to add that the heavy duty bumper on the Jayco Jay Flight 242 BHS took the force of the impact and saved lives.
