Very helpful. No pressure to get you to purchase. They answered every question. Listened to all our concerns. In the end they got us what we needed. Jack Crissinger did a great job of listening and working with us to find the unit that perfectly fit our needs. Everyone else from Gregg to Casey and David in service worked together to make the entire process painless.

Luis was our salesperson a year ago when we first stopped in to see if a specific RV trailer would work for our family. We didn't buy then, but we liked Luis. A year later we finally located the perfect trailer at another Campers Inn location up in GA. I called Luis and despite being his day off and preparing for a tropical storm, he started putting together a trade for us. Worked with Clyde the finance manager who was professional and accommodating for everything from financing questions to helping out with putting together the purchase. I was even able to text him for things that Luis wasn't able to help with prior to arriving. No crazy fees at Campers Inn, everything was up-front and understandable unlike another Florida RV dealer we visited that I won't mention here. Well, due to logistic issues around transporting the trailer following a tropical storm, the trailer wouldn't be arriving the day we were expecting, which was upsetting because we had reserved a campsite around the purchase of the trailer, obviously you cant control the weather...Nonetheless the General Manager Rob was an absolute legend about making things right for my family starting with taking time on his day off to assure us of the arrival, explaining the logistics, and sharing the Campers Inn story with us. The team had everything ready for our family when we arrived and you can tell they valued our business. Through the delivery Rob made sure we were 100% taken care of, just further proving he and his team are experienced professionals. Finally I have to make mention of the MVP; Jeff who is a service technician who walked me through every one of the RV functions before we took off and even went above and beyond by installing a last minute new wired backup camera which the parts department was able to provide despite the dealership closing up at that hour. It must have been 100 degrees in the August heat and Jeff also installed the weight distribution hitch to make sure my family was safe on the road from sway; this being my first large trailer. All in all, my family appreciates the TRULY AMAZING WORK the Campers Inn team put in for us and there is just no question where you should buy your next RV. These people LOVE and KNOW their craft and it clearly shows.

Would recommend Campers Inn to anyone looking to buy an RV. Great service from the front door all the way through to the back door right on to the service department in the very back where the servicing is taken care of. Great communication with the whole team! They go above and beyond to make your buying and servicing a great experience.Timely repairs and satisfactory work. Great communication throughout it all. We are thankful for choosing them to meet our camping needs from buying to supplying all we need for our new chapter in our lives!!!

We first met Jack Crissinger at the Jax RV Show and he gave us so much good information. Once we decided to buy, we went with Campers Inn because of the great things we heard and Jack ended up being our salesman. He showed us multiple units around our price range and helped us every step of the way, many times over phone because we’re not local. Even after we got our RV we ran into a few issues and Jack did all he could to help out over phone and even facetime (which it did!). Everyone we dealt with from the front desk to Jack to financing were fantastic. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: We attempted to consign our motorhome at Lazy Days Tucson. But this feedback is relevant for all Lazy Days and Campers Inn locations. Unfortunately, because of the lack of both establishments communications and professionalism the only outlet your customers can do is blast you on a review. So that we feel heard and hopefully SOMEONE with a tiny bit of ownership or honor figures this mess out. When we physically dropped our rig off at the Tucson location, everyone was super friendly, of course, because they are salesman and scammers. They assured us that Campers Inn purchasing Lazy Days was a positive and was going to expose our RV to more customers and they were so excited. It took two weeks for the rig to even get listed with photographs and it was only listed for six days before the supposed transition. Which is not a transition, Lazydays is claiming bankruptcy, and now we are learning that any deal that was happening with lazy days during the transition has been canceled And we’d have to sign a new contract with Campers Inn. We are 100% never doing business with any of these companies ever again. We recently had to drive to the Tucson location to figure out the status of our RV and our expensive asset that’s been sitting on their lot for 43 days. Because they shut off their phones and email! Customers beware of purchasing anything from these two companies, trading anything in, consigning anything, or coming in contact with them. The Lazy Days and Campers Inn owner’s, management, and leadership team should be embarrassed. ——— The purpose of this review is to notify Campers Inn Corporate of our experience with their newly acquired location in Tucson called Lazy Days RV. So far the communication we've received from Lazy Days/Campers Inn of Tucson has been almost non-existent during this 'transition.' As a valued customer I want to do my due diligence and make sure you are aware of the communication breakdown, lack of ownership, and mistakes that have been made to this point. After thorough research we chose to consign our 2017 Fleetwood Motorhome with Lazy Days RV. A contact was signed for 60 days, 30 days ago and so far our RV has been available for purchase for maybe 7 days. It is now 11/25/25 at 5:00 PM and I've finally gotten ahold of one person in Tampa of all places to assist me. The only individual that has been slightly helpful and stuck to their word is Mark (or marcus) a Sales Rep in Tampa. He said he'd have someone call me back and he actually stuck to his word. The Tampa GM did call and confirmed that my motor home in Tucson has NOT been sold. "It just says that during the transition." So, it took 6 days to get that simple information out of this company. And finally issue #3: We then had to physically drive to Tucson (A 3 hour one way drive) to find out that our consigned motorhome had gotten mistaken for a different one and had been physically placed in the SOLD lot. This happened last week between the dates of 11/17-20th. So once again our motorhome has been 'off the market' physically and virtually. And will probably stay off the market for another week while these companies figure out how to run a business. Campers Inn, LazyDays is blaming all of this on you. FYI. Please use our feedback and experience to improve your acquisitions and business practices in the future.
