I had a fantastic experience buying my first camper here!! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly faces and everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful!! After a few walk throughs with different options, Ryan was very thorough with our options. After deciding on the camper for us (which we love), he gave us a great walk through and swapped out the weight distributions bars which was awesome! I highly recommend anyone who loves camping to come here!! You’ll love this place!
The people giving 1 star reviews here are either allergic to fun , tire kickers , or simply not cut out for rv-ing. I bought a new cougar 364 bhl today from this dealership. I did a trade in and everything was done over the phone with pictures and got more on the trade then i was expecting. I live 5 hrs away and this staff made everything as easy as possible prior to arrival. Ive never experienced a walkthrough of camper and paperwork process as detailed , quick and informative as what i experienced here. Customer service and dealer detail is extremely hit or miss these days. NOT with these guys. You can tell the owners of this establishment care about the customer and want them to be happy and confident about their purchase. When i see the owner of this establishment on his hands and knees scrubbing the employee restroom in the shop that tells me hes all in on his business and cares what people think of the place. Everyone at this facility was treated us like family and thats what truly matters! Take care and god bless 🤙 . My new favorite dealership.
We couldn’t have chosen a better family owned business to purchase our 2025 Forest Vibe travel trailer from. Jason is easy to work with, their service before delivery was fantastic as well. I would more than highly recommend them if tire looking for a new RV.
I just want everyone to know how grateful I am for this company, I have a pretty tall Featherlite trailer and unfortunately hit a bridge causing severe damage and had to order parts, it is a 48 foot Featherlite enclosed trailer with a stacker in the back, I am located in Arizona so already there was a challenge picking up the parts and it just was not worth the price to have them shipped, so I drove all the way out here to pick up the parts, Claudia was the one that I was working with the entire time and I am extremely grateful that she was super patient with me while we went back-and-forth in order to find the right parts for my trailer, when I mean, patient with me, she was beyond patient with me, it was a stressful moment for me because of the damage I did on my trailer. Although she was not there when I picked up the parts, the owners came out, helped me load and even came in on their off day, which I am forever. Grateful for, these folks are good, honest people and deserve nothing but the best moving forward. I wish I lived closer because they would get all of my business, I know I said this before, but Claudia knew almost everything about my Trailer, her experience with Featherlite is just mind blowing and she is the best!! Much love and gratitude to everyone that works at this company, Camp Site Rv sales and service not only knocked it out of the park, but they hit a grand slam with the service they gave me.
The service was great!!! Just hooking up the trailer that we purchased ……nobody helped us with trailer or walked outside to show us everything about the trailer …spending that much money….. a salesman should follow us outside even in the winter temps to help hook up and assure us everything Is working correctly
