Alicia and her team sold us a used 2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie. While we were excited to purchase the RV and for the friendly service provided during the sales process there were several issues that became a large headache. The service team at California RV Sales failed to address a large issue (that is commonly known) with the engine even though Alicia promised they did a “thorough safety check and had replaced the radiator*”. This resulted in the RV breaking down halfway between our first trip. Alicia response was that “it’s good you purchased the extend warranty” and lacked any accountability for her team or outside service members. This not only resulted in lost time but also additional fees for; hotel, repair, and ultimately car rental. Because of this level of service I would not recommend California RV Sales as a representative of the Winnebago brand. *When mentioning the need to replace the radiator she seemed miffed about having to pay for this and complained a good amount.

To anyone looking for an RV dealership with integrity, look no further. Alicia was honest, open and thorough with us from the first phone call throughout the whole process. There were a number of details that needed small adjustments within the RV we were interested in and she did not hesitate to help make sure everything was functioning 100%. We even commented on the dust on top of the RV and when we came back to purchase she already had it cleaned for us! She helped us feel very confident in our decision and we love our Keystone Outback.
