Met with Chris the salesperson and man he was amazing. Upon my first inquiry he was looking out for me. On his first call I told him what I was wanting and the first question I mean FIRST QUESTION was “what will you be towing with” instead of just trying to get me in to make a sale he was looking out for me and something I completely spaced on verifying. Once we started looking at units he showed me a variety of options and since I was looking at used trailers I got to see them as they came in, they weren’t all polished and cleaned up real nice, they basically were as they had been traded, he gave me background when I asked and went over all the particulars of the trailers I looked at. I needed some work on my towing unit so I was able to wrap that into the financing of my trailer which is one thing I really wanted, I wanted the trailer to be matched to the hitch onsite and they are able to do that and much more. I love this place and I’ll be getting all my future trailers through them and all service work, this isn’t a corporate store this is the one and ONLY broadmoore RV, I can’t wait until delivery
Our original plans were to look at a couple of used trailers we ended up looking at about 12 trailers 6 used and 6 new. My wife and I kept going back to a new 2026 Jayco model we really liked. Joe was our salesman and the best thing was he didn’t pressure us at all for any one of them. We ended up getting the new one with a great price and wonderful service.
