I'm posting this from the new RV we bought from Susan, at Bogue. Don't think car salesman when you think of this experience. Susan will become your friend right away, she'll tell you the ins and outs of RV life in one of the bogue models. She's absolutely genuine. I'm so glad we met. Seriously, everyone involved with introducing us to the RV was excellently trained. If they didn't have an answer, they'd go get one. We love the new RV and we are fans of Bogue RV 70.
My sister is buying an Bogue RV 24 . I am so thrilled! We bought our 2025 Grand Imagine from Matt in sales. After looking around Eastern NC, Matt and Tyler (owner) were able to give us the best deal for the RV that we wanted! Right here at home! If you want a great deal on an RV, and good customer service, right up to the walk through with Chris when you pick up your RV, from the service Department, the day you arrive to bring it home! Dave and Chris in the service department are some of the best! Dave is very nice and Chris was very helpful getting our hitch adjusted on our truck to pull our RV. My husband and I highly recommend Bogue RV 70!
Wow where do I Start? Customer service southern charm? I moved from Pennsylvania to north Carolina. Not used to a warm and respectful sales team. My dog was even treated like family! Mel, Bob and Tyler were all very professional and educated on RVS. Mel handled my purchase and she was very respectful and professional, but most of all helped me navigate the whole process with ease. Bob knows his rvs and was cool to talk with. Tyler the owner met briefly professional and friendly. Prices for almost any budget! Great financial options! Great selection of pull behind, drive, or park model rvs! Great price points!
