I called around 12:00 noon after experiencing a issue with my travel trailer but were still drivable. I was transferred to a call center where I explained the problem and mentioned that I was heading toward the Richmond area and needed a part replaced as soon as possible. The call center assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that someone would contact me within the next hour to schedule an appointment. However, three hours later, I received only a text message that said: "Hi! This is RVFix with Bish’s RV. Just checking in to see if you got the help you needed. It’s been a busy week, but we’re here to help if you still need anything! Even if you have a simple question for an RV technician — just reply and we’ll reach out to you!" I responded, confirming that I still urgently needed service and provided the part information. FOUR HOURS after that, I received another automated message: "Thank you for contacting Bish’s RV. We have received your message and will be happy to help you as soon as we get back in. An associate will be in touch soon!" Not giving them another chance

I Purchased a travel trailer through Bish's rv in June of this year. A extended service contract was also purchased but after getting home and researching the plan I decided to cancel. I Reached out multiple times to the dealership and they said they would have finance contact me. This location has now closed and I have been trying to speak with Bish's customer service manager who will not return my calls or forward my issues to the proper department. I have contacted the extended service contract provider who has informed me my contract was canceled but i still not have received my reimbursement from Bish's. I have reached out to another location in Idaho and the General Manager of that store has been helpful and was able to solve the issue.
This place screams customer service! Chris and his crew were top-notch from the beginning, we knew the camper(a Go Play of course) we wanted and there was no hassle no haggle. Everything was straightforward no hidden fees. The day of pick up they showed us how to use everything in the camper, plus washed it, and put on the temp tags. There's even a part store on-site, if they don't have it they can get it. Highly recommend this place ,great customer service, military friendly, and great prices.
