If I could give Bishs RV in Salt Lake City, zero I would. Purchased a travel trailer from them October 27. As a solo female, I was hesitant to go alone because I don't know much about RVs and what exactly I should be looking for. After getting home and digging deeper into the trailer and having a friend inspected, we came across a few things that I was disappointed that was not brought to my attention. The electrical Plug had electrical tape around it because there were wires exposed; The vent cover on top of the trailer was cracked in several places; the Hardware of the awning arms were broken and could not be opened; All the windows were Hard to open (After Several sprays of dry lube), all open except for one And not very good; Only one battery where there should've been two; And the line on the propane tank To the trailer, very tight, And my friend said was very dangerous. I reached out to the salesman, via email, following up with a text message because prior emails supposedly went Junk folder, After a week, still no response from the salesman via text Or email. Even if Bishs Had no intention of fixing these items, just an acknowledgment from the salesman showing some concern that I'm not happy with the condition of some of the items of the Trailer, would have been nice. My friend who inspected the trailer had a disappointing experience with Bishs in Twin Falls. Would never go back again to them for Or to purchase a trailer, nor would I sent anybody to them to buy a trailer.

Incredible Experience – Bish's RV Has a Customer for Life! I had an absolutely awesome experience with Bish's RV, and I can't say enough good things about the team — especially Charles and Shannon. They went above and beyond for this Idahoan! From the very beginning, they put themselves in my shoes, found me the best rate, gave me exactly what I needed, and (maybe most importantly) appreciated my humor throughout the entire process. I did the preapproval beforehand, and both Charles and Shannon made the whole experience so personal and smooth. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. The electronic financing was super convenient, and they gave me a flexible timeline that worked perfectly with my schedule. The whole process was stress-free, friendly, and downright enjoyable. I stopped in on my way to Arizona with my camper trailer. Parts department was extremely helpful finding battery replacement for my camper. Great price and they even gave me a battery cover my battery box. I’m very grateful for the customer service I received today! Thanks for helping me get back on the road!! And also for the donut!

Worst service department ever!! Don't waste your time or money. I called them back in August to get a few items repaired on my Forest River Surveyor Legend that is still under Warranty, and they set up a "service call" where I video'd everything that had an issue and needed repair. They then set a date for the work for when the parts should be in. When I took my RV in, they ordered the wrong part and said they would have to re-order the correct one. The one repair that they did only lasted a week before the issue came back. I also told them that I had a new issue with the door cylinder lock and they said that they would put in the warranty repair request and should be quick and easy. After 1.5 weeks waiting for word I called them and the guy gave me a huge "dialogue" about how the emails were in limbo and they haven't gotten a response yet. He then told me I would be contacted when the "correct part" came in and when there was word on the door lock repair. It has been OVER A MONTH and zero word from them. I have no faith that they are actually going to get back to me. So basically they didn't fix a thing, and have given me the run around for 2 months with no apparent intent to actually fix something that is under warranty. WHAT A JOKE!

Gonna give a quick shout out to these guys. They were pretty awesome about everything, especially considering my job as a truck driver made it pretty hard to schedule things, but they worked with me & accommodated me accordingly. Charlie was my salesman & he was good about walking me through various campers & showing me what would work for my truck. Given the limited capacity of a 1/2 ton's payload I know my options were limited, but ended up finding the perfect fit for my truck & went through the loan process which was pretty smooth; got approved & now after forever saying I'm going to get a camper, I can finally say I have one. The used NorthStar (2023) I got is perfect for someone who's just dipping their feet into the RV world & I couldn't be happier. During the pickup day, they installed the required straps & brackets onto my truck (a separate cost if your vehicle doesn't have them already), Scott & Jason helped me through the walkthrough explaining everything & promptly fixing any issues that arrose (like the door lock being jammed, they replaced it at no cost). I'll be back because I need to get some airbags installed & various other things I'd like to get added on but I'm definitely glad I went with these guys because I've heard horror stories from competitors & this process couldn't have been any easier.
