Had nothing but a pleasant experience during the sales portion. I have since, almost immediately, had issues with the vehicle. I traded in a good vehicle to get something bigger. This used car has been one issue after another. I was basically told I'm stuck with it or trade in towards a new car. No sense of accountability. Just basically I got a reply of that sucks for you but there's the door. I regret ever shopping at Bill White. I have since had to repair the engine multiple times. On repair number 3 and over 3k in repairs plus the trunk hatch, 2 window motors and brakes had to be done within a couple months of purchase. Avoid this place. They do not take their business seriously. I will pay closer attention next time I purchase a vehicle albeit somewhere else.
Joe, Steve and Larry were all 3 great to deal with. Absolutely no pressure. It didn't even feel like we were at a dealership. It felt more like a couple buddy's trading cars. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Joe, for taking care of us and getting us exactly what we asked for.
I don’t even think 2 stars are due BUT I’ll be as kind as possible. I settled a settlement on Tuesday it was late but I knew I wanted a car I had seen at Bill White, now mind you my bank and my Lawyers guaranteed I was good for the money, my loan officer even promised she would be there at 8a.m with the cashiers check I just wanted the car and I was good on my word. One of the things besides letting me take the car the night before the cashiers check would be delivered, they suckerd me into buying a two year warranty 30 thousand miles the catch in this was it wouldn’t take effect for 30 days after I bought the car. Normally your first 30 days tell the tell. There GM did the deal and since I was paying cash naturally I asked him to drop 900 off the car, he stated we already marked it down we always mark them down after a week we DONT LIKE TO KEEP OUR CARS MORE THAN A WEEK, the car had been there almost 2 months. Car fax actually did it for me, the car had been repossessed 2 times it went back to kia from New York. Moving forward Chris the salesman has Harassed me even text me 6 days later today and told me say the name and a few other awful things. A lawyer is in my near future and if your reading my review think twice about this car lot they are very horrible. Final thoughts they wouldn’t let me take the car 12 hours before they were guaranteed a cashiers check because the car had a bad motor and a warranty that isn’t good for 30 days. I have a 630 credit score and I was denied credit with their bank and also had financing restrictions on preowned cars .I was offered in house financing but declined the deal , too high of interest fees .,and rate.
I saw a used truck online that I have wanted for a long time. Stopped in and talked with Larry. He was the most down to earth, no BS car salesman I've ever dealt with. Didn't push me and gave me a fair value for my trade. Came in with a pre-approval and they worked with me to get the price where I needed. Happy with my purchase and experience.
