We bought our 2021 Cherokee Alpha Wolf 22 SWL in Jan of 2021. Juan was our sales person and he was wonderful. This was the trailer we were after and Juan made the purchasing experience easy. We have trailered all over California and enjoyed every moment. Fast forward 14 months later and we found our self’s needing to sell the trailer due to personal reasons. We contacted Juan who is still with Bill Eads RV and he made it happen. Bill Eads himself called us back and made a very reasonable offer. We accepted the offer, dropped of the trailer and within 10 minutes we were on our way check in hand. Bill Eads RV is straight up and a great place to do business. This was the first lot where we started our search and was able to find and purchase exactly what we wanted for a market fair price. We did have an issue, when we picked up the fifth wheel it wasn't cleaned or serviced properly as promised (toilet and few other things weren't working). Had to return it to the service department for a week where they did fix everything. Our sales rep Cameron went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from sale to service!

Updated review - service center closed without notice. Warranty repairs not completed. No advice as to where to get warranty repairs done. Winnebago should immediately stop supplying this business with RV’s. Absolute embarrassment of a business. We really enjoyed our experience with Bill Eads. Our salesman, Darryl, was personable and patient. We chose a unit that was available at their Davis location only to change our minds a couple of days later. No problem! They found us another model without hesitation. Jesse in finance worked diligently and found us the best rate. When picking up our unit, we found a couple of small manufacturer errors which Vince fixed quickly and even smiled while doing so. We kept expecting something to go wrong with the process but nothing ever happened. We are truly amazed at Bill Eads professionalism and ethics. Highly recommend! 😀👌

I was very impressed with Bill Eads RV. I went into the experience with a lot of fear given this was my first travel trailer and the whole industry seems to have a poor reputation, but they made my experience super easy and pleasant. The sales experience (Terry) was very easy, and I didn't feel any pressure. He was patient and was willing to answer all my questions. The dealer cost add-ons were clear, not a "surprise" and seemed fair for what you are getting. The Finance/Document experience (Bob) was also very quick, and while he explained my extended warranty options, he didn't pressure me at all to buy (and the price seems fair if you do in fact want the extended third party warranty). But I think I was most impressed with the service department (Amanda and rest of team). This industry seems riddled with a lack of people who want to be accountable for the inevitable problems with RVs, but the first words when I walked into the service department was someone who said "I did the quality inspection on that unit; I hope you like it". Despite the fact it was a 100 degree day and the staff was sweating, they spent a couple hours with me while I tested everything on the unit and patiently answered all of my questions. The head of the service department even introduced himself in the middle of the process, letting me know I could call him personally if there were any problems. They seemed to understand I was a "newbie" and even showed me all of the details of how to work the weight-distribution hitch they installed on my truck. So far, I haven't had any major issues with the unit. I just really appreciate the experience; they seem to have a strong & fun work culture.

My fiancé and I had been toying with the idea of buying a travel trailer for a few years, but we hadn’t committed to anything. We went into Bill Eads on Black Friday and found one that had a perfect floor plan for us. It was everything I had been looking for in one trailer. I fell in love with it. The sales man Bob, was great…he was easy to work with and no pressure. He started with what vehicle we were using to tow a trailer and only showed us options that would work for us…when we asked for some privacy to talk, he graciously gave it to us (not all sales people do that). We put down a deposit, came in the next day to start the paperwork. We noticed that the zebra blinds didn’t work, we were assured that they would fix them. The purchase was smooth and easy. Bob in finance was organized and ready for us when it was time for our appointment. We went to the service center for the walk through and to pick it up. That’s where we ran into problems…long story short, it is now the end of February and we still don’t have our zebra blinds fixed, and communication from that department has not been so good. I want to give the sales department 5 stars for that part of this, but since they are the ones that promised our blinds to be fixed, I think it partially on them to make sure it was done.
